Step outside and enjoy the two views of the Mississippi Sound and the Gulf of Mexico all from your private, furnished balcony. Take a swim along the 80 ft private beach on the Bay, ideal for families. The tide pond in the back yard is a perfect little fishing spot, or just a fun place for kids to explore the local sea life.

Take a walk across the street to the waves of the Gulf of Mexico. The house is located less than six miles from the Dauphin Island Sea Lab and historic Fort Gaines. The island also features a golf course and a bird sanctuary. For the adventurous, there are plenty of options to rent personal watercraft or charter a local fishing trip. The island also features boutique shopping and when you’re feeling hungry, there are plenty of local restaurants! It’s a short ferry ride to Gulf Shores too.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
