The location is ideal! Coastal Cottage unit B provides everything you need to take advantage of this great location. Located on Saint Augustine Beach's B Street, this townhome is just 4 homes off the beach and is the perfect beach getaway.

This iconic Key West style duplex has everything you need to create lasting vacation memories. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed. The second bedroom also has a king-sized bed. Both bedrooms are upstairs along with a full bath. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room which brings the total occupancy up to 6. Prepare your meals in the well-appointed kitchen. There is also a half bath on this floor. Our home is beautifully decorated, has a screened in patio on the first floor and a balcony off the master bedroom which is perfect for sunbathing! Stay connected when you need to be with flat screen TVs and Wi-Fi access!

Take in an Atlantic sunrise without ever leaving home. Enjoy the ocean breeze while you recline on the couch. This Saint Augustine vacation rental has an outside shower and is pet friendly!

Coastal Cottage is also ideal if you have other family or friends accompanying you as there is an identical unit next door that be rented separately!

Saint Augustine Florida is the nation’s oldest city, and aside from the AMAZING beach, we have amazing historical attractions and tours. Spend your mornings at the beach, head downtown in the afternoon, and take in Ripley’s Believe It or Not museum, the Castillo de San Marcos, The Alligator Farm, Fort Mose State Park, or stroll amongst Pirates on Saint George Street.

Convenient to beach and backyard fenced in

Short walk to the beach and restaurants. The back yard is fenced and is nice if you are bringing pets. The property is a bit dated and needs to be sprayed for bugs. The upstairs bedrooms are much hotter than downstairs. Overall it met our needs and was in a great location.

AWESOME STAY!!!

The property was exceptionally clean and just steps from the beautiful beach. The property manager was awesome to deal with and was very nice and courteous!! Couldn’t ask for a better location to all that St Augustine has to offer. Will definitely be booking this property again in the future years to come!!! Thank you for allowing us to stay for our first trip to St. Augustine Florida!!

A Perfect Choice - fit all our needs and then some

We stayed in the Beachy Townhome side B for a week. It is the perfect location, four houses down from the walkway to the beach and three houses from A1A Blvd. This meant it was very easy to go to the beach quickly as well as find a good place to eat. There is a great coffee shop, breakfast/lunch cafe (Cafe Eleven) and restaurants within walking distance. The house was perfect for us and our furry baby. The house was very clean and they provided starter supplies. It has a fenced in yard, a nice screened in porch to get out of the Sun along with a deck up top. The bedrooms are large and comfortable with king size beds. The bedroom we stayed in had a TV in it. I can’t say if the other bedroom did or not. The house is comfortable and the owner/manager very responsive to any questions. In the living room, there are some good books, games and a Roku streaming TV that is easy to add your Apps to. There is a half bath on the first floor. We had fellow renters on the A side, they asked us a couple of times if they had disturbed us as they had been a bit loud - we hadn’t heard a thing so the wall between us was pretty sound proof. We would definitely stay with this host in this house again.

Beach Trip

Property is perfectly located just a few houses from beach. Located within walking distance of several restaurants. We were there to visit our daughter who attends Flagler College which is only a10-15 minute drive from the property. Place is very clean and had everything we needed.

Fabulous Location, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Pet Friendly

This rental is centrally located and is steps to the beach. The unit itself is a little tired and worn (rusty drains and rust on appliances, pitting on faucets, missing screen on patio door, window blinds that are not easily operated, damaged outdoor chairs). The unit could use a very deep thorough cleaning (windows contain dirt in and around frames, wall/ceiling vents are dirty and some of the corners in the kitchen and bathroom could use a scrub and freshening of the unit to remove musty smell). The ocean appears to have some impact on the wear of the rental. Overall we had a great stay but would like to see some upgrades to make the unit even more enjoyable.

Quick weekend stay

Had a great time. We were there for a small beach wedding, which just happened to coincide with hurricane Helene! We left our home, uncertain what we would come back to after the storm, but all was relatively well. Our dogs had a great time in the backyard (thankful for that) and at the beach. Thanks for the stay!!

Terrible weather but wonderful vacation

My husband and I decided to explore St Augustine and so glad we did. The property is in a perfect location. A nice quiet street but less than a block from numerous restaurants.

Perfect Beach Getaway for Dog Lovers

We had an incredible stay at this house in St. Augustine Beach! The location couldn't be better—just steps away from the beach and within walking distance to fantastic food spots and coffee shops. It made our vacation both relaxing and convenient, and after a quick Publix run we parked our car for the entire week. This house is a gem for dog owners. The fenced-in yard was perfect for our two dogs to run around and play safely. Just a quick note: it's a shared yard with the duplex next door, so make sure both gates are securely closed before letting the dogs out. We learned this the hard way after the tenants next to us checked out. I highly recommend this property and would book again!

Perfect location, great little duplex.

Had a great long weekend here and found it to be the perfect location. Beds were comfy, beach was right there and it was exactly as expected for a little beach house. There was a very strong mildew scent on the bottom floor, but again, I kind of expect it in beach house so it wasn’t surprising. We’ve stayed in several condos and homes in the area over the years and this has been location and a great little set up in general.

Great location

The house was just as described. Typical beach house, nothing fancy or updated, but clean and easy walking distance of the beach, mini golf, and great restaurants. Easy drive to all the St. Augustine sights. We made use of the 2 beach chairs. There are TVs in the bedrooms which is unusual to find. Kitchen is well outfitted (except cereal bowls). Well worth the money and we really enjoyed our stay here.
