This was my third visit to this same apartment. I love the location, it’s always clean, it feels very safe, and they’re very gracious aboutdogs. I do think the furniture could stand to be updated a little in the living room. But that will not keep me from staying there again.

This was our second stay at one of Len & Kristy’s properties. The location is great, it is an easy walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Everything is well-maintained. The kitchen has lots of supplies. Beds are comfy. Would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing beach house

We really enjoyed our stay. Easy off street parking, big kitchen area with all of the plates, utensils, cooking tools, and appliances we needed. Beds were nice and comfortable, bathrooms and living room were clean as well. We’ve stayed here two years in a row and had a great experience.

We really enjoyed staying here. It’s close to restaurants and the beach. The neighborhood is very dog friendly. We enjoyed our stay and hope to go back again. Next time, I’ll use the bug spray in the closet!

Communication with owners was excellent. The apartment was true to its pictures. Beds were extremely comfortable location. Absolutely perfect easy walk to the beach. Lots of great restaurants and activities very nearby. We will definitely come back.

Great stay in St Augustine

We had a wonderful stay in a perfect spot. The location was great and so close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The unit was clean and very welcoming. The owner was very responsive when we did need to reach out. We highly recommend and will stay here again.

Great Spot

Clean, good location close to the beach and walking distance from restaurants. Kitchen was bigger than many other beach rentals and had plenty of plates, bowls, and utensils as well. We had a great stay!

Amazing property

These hosts provide an absolutely perfect place to stay, for both humans and dogs! It is a quick walk to the beach and Old A1A which has tons of options to eat. The property is VERY clean, well stocked with towels and dishes, and they even set you up with a bottle of Prosecco! I’ll be seeking out their properties next year!

Welcome retreat!

We loved the location! We walked to the beach frequently and loved all the restaurants nearby. The place was clean and we appreciated the beach chairs and toys, that was a great touch! Thanks for a great vacation
