Great location

Great location in 15th arrondissement near the Eiffel Tower. Very close to 2 metro stop so easy access to most sites in Paris. 2 bathrooms which is helpful if you have a family.

Fantastic Stay

Wonderful apartment, close to 2 metro lines, and everything you might need downstairs (boulangerie, cafes, traiteur fromage, supermarches, fruit/legumes, vins, poissonierie, boucherie, etc, etc). Kitchen has everything , very comfortable bed, quiet street, wonderful & responsive host, Merci Antoine et Audrey-Anne!

Location location location

The location is fantastic! You walk out and you have everything you need, cafes, fromagerie, poissonnerie, etc. You also have the view of the « tour Eiffel » The apartment is well equipped. We would like to return. Antoine was a great host!

Amazing Paris stay!

This was the perfect place for our family of four to stay. Two blocks from the metro, grocery stores five minutes away, restaurants right down the block, and three amazing bakeries only blocks away! The apartment was clean and looked just as it does online with a view of the Eiffel Tower that is also only a fifteen minute walk away. And when our flight was canceled we were even easily able to stay another day. It really doesn’t get any better! Thank you for a wonderful home base for our trip—we will definitely be back.

Cosy beautiful apartment perfect for engaging your paris holidays

The property is well kept, well equipped and is very comfortable. We were earlier apprehensive of using a sofa bed but turns out the sofa bed is also of top quality. The view of Eiffel Tower is also amazing. We could see the changing and twinkling lights each night and loved it. Also, the location is just awesome- everything in city is just a stone throw away from here and it’s just a few meters away from the train station. This make the vacation super convenient. Super loved our stay at this property:

Felt like a local!

Stayed for a week this summer. Wonderful location and neighborhood, quiet little street but close to transportation and loads of local shops and restaurants. The view of the Tower lit up at night was something our family will never forget. Antoine was a fantastic host, who met us on arrival to explain everything, and was a great communicator before and during our stay. We were there during a heat wave, and the lack of air conditioning was not a major issue, with windows open and fans on we were able to be comfortable enough. Highly recommend if you are looking for a "temporary local" experience in Paris!

Quaint apartment

We had a lovely stay in this Paris apartment. It is simple but has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were able to cook dinners and eat with the windows open nightly. It was lovely to see the top of the Tour Eiffel from our beds at night. Antoine does everything to help you feel comfortable including providing a fan when it was a little warm and meeting us to check in and walk through the apartment. Such a great neighborhood right next to a metro stop and market on Wednesdays and Sundays!

Fantastic Location

The apartment was perfect for 2 adults & 2 teens. All needed amenities were provided and the half bath was a plus! The location of the apartment was perfect. So close to food, shops, restaurants, Metro and just a quick 20 min to the Eiffel Tower. We went to see it every night! One thing to mention is that the apartment is on the second floor with no elevator, but my 79 year old mom handled the spiral staircase with ease. The hosts were timely with questions before and after our arrival. I would whole-heartedly recommend renting this flat!

Almost 5 stars

We enjoyed the location, and the apartment was comfortable for 2 poeple. There are many good places nearby to buy food if you choose to cook. There are 2 close metro stops. The neighborhood was mostly locals (not as many tourists as other areas we visited) which made it relatively quiet. The only reason we did not rate it 5 stars is for the linens (no top sheet on main bed, old towels that were not soft, no hand towels or washcloths & very scratchy blanket on fold out couch) and the lack of a functioning dryer when that was listed as an amenity. The owners were very good about responding, but when we asked how to use the dryer they told us it is just better to hang the laundry to dry it.

Perfect France Experience

Antoine and Veronique, you met us at the apartment and were so welcoming. Thank you! This was our trip of a lifetime! The beautiful shops, markets, view of the Eiffel Tower, convenience near the Metro…all of these things made this the PERFECT place to enjoy Paris. We enjoyed the corner café, as well as Comptoir Principal, the market on Sunday, the Louvre, walking to the Eiffel Tower via Rue Desaix (so close!), bus tours to Versailles, Loire Valley and finally, Giverny. What Heaven that final trip was. Thank you for a well appointed place to stay. We packed so little as we could wash laundry. We highly recommend this place, cool enough even without air conditioning. We wish you well and thank you, once again! Eva, Paul, Ella and our friend Marla.

Charming apartment with a view

If you are lucky enough to go to Paris stay here! The apartment is an absolute gem. Full of sunshine. Full of air. Big windows. View of the Eiffel Tower. Two of us very comfortable. One took bed and one took bed from couch. Couch bed is so comfortable it made being in bed a joy! We loved opening the huge windows for the breeze. We loved seeing Eiffel Tower from bed! A magic place, clean and well equipped. And the owners are a delight. Antoine helped us when we needed some additional linens. And he was waiting for us when we arrived. A lovely welcome to Paris! I hope to come back to Paris (fell in love with France) and I will love staying here again. Thank you!

Live like a local walking distance to Eiffel Tower!

This was the perfect rental for our family of 4 to spend 12 wonderful days in Paris, a dream trip for us. Right away you can tell that this is a real home because it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is located in a real neighbourhood with several bakeries, other speciality shops, bigger grocery stores, and restaurants. My teen kids loved going out in the morning to get us wonderful croissants and baguettes. There is also a fabulous weekly farmer’s market every Sunday and smaller version on Wednesday. This is a very authentic French market experience including lots of prepared food to take home. The location is very convenient for sightseeing both on foot and by metro. The washer, dryer and dishwasher all worked perfectly for us. The pullout couch and bed are both comfortable and the little powder room comes in handy after long days out and about! All in all this apartment had everything we needed and wanted for our Paris experience.

My son and I stayed at this apartment in the Grenelle district during a short but wonderful vacation in Paris. The apartment was in a perfect location, close to the Eiffel Tower and the Seine. You can see the top of the Eiffel Tower from the windows in the apartment, quite a sight at night when the Tower is lit up. The apartment is near two metro stops and a taxi stand. On Sundays and Wednesdays, an open air market is set up underneath the elevated metro line. We felt like real Parisians when we strolled the market and picked up cheese, bread and fruit to take back to the apartment kitchen. There are many brasseries, patisseries, boulangeries, etc in the neighborhood. The apartment has one full bathroom and one small half bath with toilet and sink, very convenient. There is a bed in the bedroom and a fold out couch in the living area that turns into a very comfortable bed. The apartment has an efficient washer and dryer located in the bathroom. The hosts were very responsive when I asked questions by email. The only problem might be for persons with mobility issues, since the apartment is on the third level reached by a staircase. This was not a problem for us, but could be an issue for others. I would definitely stay at this apartment again and highly recommend it for a memorable stay in Paris.

Wohnung in super Lage

Die Wohnung besticht durch ihre Lage in der Nähe zum Eiffelturm und zur Metrostation. Der Ausblick ist besonders abends auf den Eiffelturm schön anzusehen. Aber, und das muss man leider auch sagen, ist die Wohnung sehr hellhörig und damit zum Teil auch sehr laut. Der Vermieter ist jederzeit sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit.

A Great Place to Experience Paris!

We had an amazing week at this location. The owner was kind enough to welcome us with croissants and coffee upon arrival. The apartment had everything we needed including a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and a view of the Eiffel Tower. We were within a block of many great shops and restaurants. We couldn't think of anything that could make our visit better until we heard one of the neighbors softly playing classical piano music. Wow! If you want to immerse yourself in Paris, this is the place!

Great hosts & location

We had a wonderful stay in Paris! The apartment is centrally located to sites & metro, well stocked and has a comfortable bed. The hosts were very gracious, kind and helpful. We loved the bakery on the corner and Cosmos restaurant.

Fantastic apartment in Paris

I studied in France in college and decided to bring my two young kids (8 yrs & 6yrs) to Paris for a week. This was a perfect apartment for us! The big open windows with a view of the Eiffel Tower as you laid in bed was a dream. The owners greeted us upon arrival with fresh croissants- a treat after a very long international flight! The apartment was equipped with everything you needed. We cooked at home most evenings and enjoyed the ambiance of this apartment and adorable neighborhood! There is a fantastic market nearby on Wed/Sun and grocery stores, boulangeries, bistros - all super close! The metro is one street over which made this a great home base for our sightseeing adventurous days. They even had kids books and crayons for my kiddos to unwind with at night! I was also grateful for the washing machine. What a gem!

Absolutely loved it! Best location, full bathroom with HALF BATH and nice kitchen

As an American who didn't know Paris very well, my husband, mom and I were so so happily surprised at the awesome location of this apartment. Even better, it has 1.5 bathrooms- a rare find! The pull-out couch bed had a pretty firm mattress (bonus for us). The hosts greeted us and even made us tea and coffee. Great folks. With a view of the glittery Eiffel Tower and the pleasant sound of the neighbor's piano lessons in the morning, we felt like real Parisians for the week. Within 1 or 2 blocks we had restaurants, bars, the open air Sunday "flea market", a fish shop, a bakery and a meat rotesserie shop, super markets, an ATM...AND a central metro stop, from which we were able to get ourselves back to the CDG airport on our last day. I would 100% book with them again. It was even better than I expected.
