Stay near the ocean in this lovely beach house! Take in the amazing beach and whitewater views from the comfort of your own home.

Welcome to your dream vacation home located ideally in Mandalay Shores, Oxnard. The home is designed and decorated in a coastal style and is located on a large lot with a 3 car garage which leaves plenty of parking for your guests. Home is just steps from the sand and offers spectacular views of the ocean and beach from your living room! The living room offers a large wraparound sofa with flat screen television, wet bar, fireplace, and additional day bed and chairs perfect for hosting families and friends and plenty of seating to enjoy the views. There are four different decks with patio furniture to relax on and take in the fresh ocean breeze. Also on this floor is your kitchen with all of the appliances you'll need, half bath, and formal dining and family room. The family room offers comfortable couch with fire place and flat screen television. The two upstairs TVs have Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and Spectrum cable.

On the first floor are your two guest bedrooms, guest bathroom, master bedroom, and laundry area. Master suite includes oversized tub, king size bed, fireplace, double vanity sinks with large walk in shower and easy access to backyard from master bedroom. Each bedroom has a flat screen television with Netflix and Amazon Prime Video.

Backyard offers large table and chairs, heated spa, and heated outdoor shower!

Other amenities include boogie boards, skim boards, beach chairs, umbrella, and toys to use at your convenience. The garage includes a 40A level 2 charger for your electric car.

The home will be delivered to occupant in a professionally cleaned condition. Our property is professionally deep cleaned after every stay, and we're taking extra care to disinfect high touch areas between stays. We are implementing all the cleaning guidelines provided to us by the CDC (center for disease control and prevention).

Everything was great. Only issue is that the Arm Bar that goes from the kitchen to the living room was loose. I assume from previous guests.

Family Reunion -Beach Getaway

We came to Oxnard for a family reunion - with families each renting different homes in the area. The home was lovely - just as pictured. Very open feeling with comfortable spaces. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect beach house

This house was 5 stars all the way! From the location and the views to having absolutely everything we could possibly need for a weeks stay! So much for us to explore and do! Would absolutely recommend this beautiful house to everyone!!

Relaxing getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at Sandy Toes. The home was very comfortable and light. The amenities were just as we wanted and the Re/Max host company was responsive when issues came up (such as when we were confused about how to work the hot tub). We would definitely recommend the space

Two minutes to the beach - location, location, location

The property is beautiful (exactly as shown in the pictures). Best rental home we have stayed at. This was our annual family vacation with my wife and I, our two daughters and their husbands, and our three grandchildren (ages 2, 3, and 7). When you arrive you realize that everything you need for a beach trip is waiting for you in the garage. There were 4 new boogie boards, an abundance of sand toys, shovels, 8 folding chairs, umbrellas, everything you need for a day at the beach. They also had an electric charging station inside the garage for your car. There was a charcoal and propane BBQ on the property, all fully equipped and ready to use. The garage was large enough for three small cars. Entering the downstairs area there are three bedrooms, all with ceiling fans. The bathrooms were well supplied with towels, soaps, shampoos, etc. The washer/dryer was downstairs and very nice (the owners even supplied laundry detergent). Going upstairs is the living rooms (two on each side) and the kitchen and dining room in the middle. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. My wife commented that this was the first rental we have stayed at where there wasn't something she was missing. Everything worked, and was nicely decorated. The kids loved to have smores by the propane firepit at night, and we relaxed in the spa during the day after a fun day at the beach (did I mention the beach is about a 2 minutes walk away). There are 4 separate patios, but we really only used the main patio off the living room which gave a nice view of the ocean. The beds were extremely comfortable and I heard no complaints from anyone. Overall, this was a beautiful home with more than enough room to move around. I did have to work one day, and the internet connection was very strong and reliable. Never had any connectivity issues. The owners guide for the home was very clear and easy to understand. The management was also very responsive before, during and after our trip. We had no issues with any appliances not working, or problems with the house during our stay. We did move the large portable fan from the master bedroom downstairs to the upstairs living room for air circulation during the day, and that made all the difference. By opening windows to get cross ventilation, the house stayed very comfortable. There is no AC in this home and you really don't need it, but the fan did help the circulation. This home is a 10+...best vacation ever !!

We arrived so excited for our week stay, long days at the beach, hot tub at night, grilling, and the rest. The property managers are negligent in checking to see if all items are working. The hot tub did not work at all, the gas grill was filthy and out of gas, one of the main TV's did not work, and thank goodness we brought our towels as there they were threadbare and barely enough to go around. I feel for the owners, and the place was spotless and beautifully done up and no doubt they expect the management company to ensure the house was ready for guests. To stay places is not inexpensive and you pay for all items to be functioning.

Wonderful Beach House

This house is beautiful and clean! Everything is new and updated and it has a great layout. It is well stocked with everything you need including beach chairs and beach toys. Perfect location! We really enjoyed our stay.

Great Beach House

Excellent house! Very easy walk down the block to the beach. It’s well appointed with everything one would need. We spent a week there with me and my wife, our two kids, 8 and 10 year olds and my 80 year old mother. Excellent WiFi, really nice hot tub, kitchen, outdoor hang area, etc. you could easily fit another couple people in here in the sitting room and pull our couches, day bed, etc. they also had beach toys, boogie boards and chairs, all of which were a help. We’d rent this property again. Thx!

Sandy toes trip

It was a good time had by all . Early checkout at 10am no exceptions was a bit too harsh. I would say a 11 or even 12 checkout would be great but other than that we had a good time
