The communication was excellent between the host and our diverse group. He helped troubleshoot an issue proactively. The house was in a great area. It was quiet, roomy and a pleasure to stay at.

Beach Dreams

My family had a lovely stay at Tevis and Laura’s place. The area is quiet. The house is very comfortable! If we needed anything we reached out to Tevis, and had a response within seconds. If ever in the area again, we would not hesitate to book this lovely home again.

Amazing Beach Property

I have stayed in other properties, only to be disappointed that the place didn't look like the pictures. This beach villa blew my socks off, the pictures don't do this richly furnished villa justice! First, the host called and actually asked us about sleeping arrangements and what we wanted stocked in the refrigerator. Who does that? Then they had a host of thoughtful snacks and stuff that was the WOW factor. On price versus value-If I could give it 10 stars I would. We were blown away with the luxuriousness, the location, the things to do in Ventura, the amenities. . . You just need to take the leap and see for yourself. We are booking now for next summer! Thanks for a most amazing stay, being our concierge, and just for everything, Tevis!
