Torian Plum Plaza 805 is a lovely top floor condo nestled in the heart of the Torian Plaza, just steps from the Steamboat Ski area! As you enter the home's open concept floor plan, you will be greeted by a large kitchen featuring modern appliances and a breakfast bar that looks toward the living area. The dining area has a large table with seating for six and the living area has a cozy gas fireplace, TV, DVD player, and plenty of seating for the family to enjoy a movie night. The living area opens to a private balcony providing unparalleled views of the Steamboat Ski area and Yampa Valley. This ski-in/out retreat is perfect for skiers and snowboarders alike!

The Torian Plum Condominiums is located in the heart of the Steamboat Ski area, so hopping on and off the slopes will be a breeze. Nestled next to the loading point for both Gondolas, Christie Peak Express and Steamboat Square, Torian Plum is in an ideal location for any family. The complex also has an outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, fitness center, grills, and underground on-site parking. Some of Steamboat's best apres-ski locations for drinks and food are located on-site, and you can shop to your heart's delight at the local boutiques and galleries.

No smoking is allowed at this vacation rental, on balconies, or in Torian Plum common areas.
Garage parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Camper vans are not able to be accommodated for guest parking.

Great place to stay

Overall this is a great place. Only a few issues that we could suggest. The dishwasher needs to be secured to the cabinet. It kept tilting over while loading. A vacuum would be nice to spot clean as needed. Be sure there were sheets for the pullout. Extra pantry storage would help keep groceries off the counter. These were just nit picky things, but would make a difference.

Great for Skiers!

The location is a true ski in/Ski out. Out the back door and you can put your skis on or off in about 100 feet. Condo was great, beds were comfortable. There were a couple of discrepancies from the listing that were not a problem but need to be fixed. The fold-out was listed as a single located in bedroom two, but is actually a full size located in living room. Also parking says 2 vehicles, one inside one out. There is not outside parking but you are allocated 2 spaeces. Free shuttle to Steamboat village was also very accomodating. Was a great ski week at a fair price.

Great location for a ski getaway

The ski in/out location of this unit is perfect. Access to lifts, heated pool/spas and base area restaurants and amenities are all right outside the door. We enjoyed the prompt service of the free on-demand Vacasa shuttle to get into town and visit the larger supermarkets. The unit was clean and attractively furnished, with plenty of space for our party of 4 adults, including a large dining table and bar seating The view of the resort from the 8th floor is beautiful. The kitchen was generally well equipped for preparing meals, although it could benefit from the addition of a large skillet and a new set of knives. The TV in the living area was surprisingly small for the size of the room, and we could not find the stereo system mentioned in the description. The main reason that our rating falls short of five stars is the bedding, which really is in need of an upgrade. The mattress on the king bed is visibly sagging, and the twins are quite uncomfortable. With some improvements, we would stay here again.

Great Location, Great View, Pretty Well Maintained

The only reason this property doesn't get a 5 star review is the bed mattresses. The king bed is visibly sunken on both sides even when mad; the twins are lumpy. Otherwise, fantastic place.

Great Service and great location!

We loved the location of this space at the bottom of the slopes. Ski locker outside the front door kept our gear close, warm and accessible. The staff was courteous, helpful and kept us up to date often with our reservation. The space was very clean and had all the amenities of a well stocked kitchen. Loved that we had the option to eat in after a long cold day of skiing. Hot tubs just outside were a bonus!

Great Condo!

This condo is perfect for traveling to Steamboat. The location and views can't get much better. Being able to walk down and right onto the mountain to ski is absolutely perfect. The condo is equipped with everything you need to cook dinner if you want to stay in. There are multiple humidifiers throughout the condo which really saved us in adjusting to the dry air. The staff and shuttle service that the Torian Plum provides are unbeatable. Highly recommend this condo!

Home away from home

We have stayed in this unit for 8 years in a row during the summer. It feels like home to us. Excellent views of the mountain, plaza below, and promenade. We appreciate the owner for allowing us to rent it each year and we also appreciate the property management staff for their friendliness and attention to detail in maintaining the property when something is called to their attention.

I TRAVEL A LOT, AND WAS EXTREMELY IMPRESSED WITH THE TORIAN PLAZA. THIS IS THE FIRST REVIEW I'VE TAKEN THE TIME TO POST. THE EMPLOYEES AT THE TORIAN WERE AMAZING. THEY ANSWERED A LOT OF QUESTIONS BEFORE I ARRIVED, AND WERE EXTREMELY PLEASANT AND HELPFUL THROUGHOUT MY STAY. MY CONDO WAS LOVELY, AND THE LOCATION IS OUTSTANDING. THERE ARE RESTAURANTS AND BARS RIGHT OUTSIDE THE DOOR, AND THE BASE AREA IS JUST A BLOCK OR SO AWAY. THE CONDO WAS EQUIPPED WITH EVERYTHING YOU CAN THINK OF: NICE DISHES, FULL SIZED COFFEE POT, DISHWASHER, TONS OF TOWELS, GREAT BEDDING - EVEN A WASHER AND DRYER. MY ONLY SUGGESTION WOULD BE TO CALL BEFORE YOU ARRIVE TO FIND OUT WHAT'S IN YOUR UNIT. I COULD HAVE SAVED A TON OF ROOM IN MY LUGGAGE!! TOP NOTCH DEAL. I'D GO BACK TOMORROW IF I COULD!
