The host was very good and quick with responses to my question. This place was perfect for a retired couple escaping the winter weather in Ohio. Some of the furnishings could be updated. They obviously have been in the unit for a long time. But overall it was a perfect get away for us. We’ll be visiting again!!

Very clean and spacious condo

We really enjoyed our stay here! Lots of room, very clean & had everything we needed. Not far from the theme parks and a Walmart. My favorite was the amenities / grounds. They were upkept SO nicely. The pool restrooms stayed SO clean.

Wonderful!

Everything was wonderful!! We were so happy with this condo that we plan on telling friends and family! We will be back! Thanks so much for making our trip so great. The only thing that could have made it better was better pillows as the ones provided were very flat but that's being a bit picky on our part!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean, spacious and well equipped! We had a blast at the waterpark and enjoyed the on property store/snack bar. The beds were very comfortable and the a/c worked great! We read other reviews to see that some supplies were needed like toilet paper and paper towels which was fine. We cooked several meals and found the kitchen well stocked with the key items needed wise from pantry items of course. In the master closet there were extra items probably left from guests past like umbrella, beach chairs, pool towels, toys and floaties. The condo is all laminate so it does carry noise pretty well. We would definitely stay here again!

This was very true, even though it states they will start you with hotel sized shampoos, there were none left for us. We had no spare trash bags for any of the cans. They ask for you to start laundry and dishes before you leave but do not provide laundry soap or dishwasher detergent. We have rented many similar properties and never found one to be so limited in what it provided. Overall the unit is dated and needs an updating. However the location is great! The space is nice for a family and being on the 4th floor was nice so no one was making noise above us.

Washer dryer worked well. High ceilings, large balcony with nice view of trees and sunset. Top floor, but didn't hear noise from any units nearby at all. Very responsive manager. Very well priced for what you get (but this isn't the 4 Seasons with a maid and concierge - you need to understand its a condo privately owned.) Large Walmart with groceries, gas station very close. Disney very close. We'll definitely be back.

Unidad bien mantenida y equipada (sombrillas, sillas de playa, cochecitos simple y doble para ninos,...). El condominio tiene pileta, parque de agua, gimnasio, plaza de juegos, juegos de salon a disposicion de los inquilinos. Punto negativo: las pantallas de TV en las habitaciones son "chicas", sumaria reemplazarlas. Asimismo, lugar 100% RECOMENDABLE!

Great Location to all the parks

Great location. Godd amenities. Clean unit. I only had one issue: the bed needs updating or repairs; it made lots of noise everything we moved and the mattresses were not comfortable. Everything else was fanatastic. The location was perfect and we had to problems during our stay.

Great location and value for Disney family trip

The property was a great size and value for visiting Disneyworld. Everything was as described. There were plenty of towels for our stay and extra blankets and a washer/dryer if needed. As listed and mentioned by others, buy some hand soap and dish soap.

Let down

First of all, I’ve never heard of a “home away from home” type of property. We were in a bit of shock when we arrived at the property to find basic items were not provided. For example hand soap, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent. Don’t get me wrong I never expect luxuries like shampoo and body wash, which is actually quite normal these days. Honestly was not expecting to have to buy my own toilet paper. The money I saved on this place just ended up being spent at the grocery store. There are no curtains on any window which made nap time a nightmare for children. Another strange item for those with children is that all the fan and light switches are at their level. Not sure why they are 20 inches from the floor, very irritating. The fire alarms kept going off anytime we cooked anything. The blender that I asked about specifically was completely non functional. The iron and ironing board were not to be found. Internet went out and wasn’t fixed for over a day. Normally not a big deal but my in-laws were relying on this for communication as theY were visiting from out of country. FYI: there is an elevator since it’s on the 4th floor. And no guests can visit you without being registered with the agent online so be aware of that.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is in the top (4th) floor of a nice building, with elevator. It was less than a block walk to the neighborhood pool and waterslides. When you check-in, you go to the welcome center by the pool and get wristbands for your travel party. We booked this condo so that we would have space for all of us, (family of 6) and the rooms were large, clean and the kitchen sufficient for cooking full meals. Wished there was a little more complimentary items included, but this was made clear upfront so we knew we needed to bring or buy everything we needed. You'll need extra dishwashing and laundry pods, a couple more kitchen trash bags and toilet paper if you're staying more than 2 days.

Reviewer Comments: Our stay was wonderful!We enjoyed the heated pool, the washer and dryer in our unit, and the lovely landscaping.While we don’t have small children, the water park and slides were fun to watch from the luxurious hot tub.There was live entertainment that made the getaway feel even more fabulous.We treated ourselves to items from the little cafe that was by the pool.The gated community made us feel secure.The Walmart was about a 1mile walk, or a short Uber ride away.Overall, for the money spent, we felt we completely got a great value!

Perfect location to food, groceries and WDW. The Condo was spacious, had everything we needed and more.(We left our pack and play but brought our double stroller- and BOTH of these AND a high chair were available in the unit.) Everything we needed was in the kitchen and bathrooms. The only thing missing was a cheese grater! lol. Small request, but we managed! Nice clean hallways, easy parking, ELEVATORS - since the unit is on the 4th floor and the POOL was fully open and adults can even ride the slides. Instead of going to a water park we had one steps away! I definitely recommend this unit.
