Starting 10/20/25 the resort will be doing a balcony project, during this time there will be workers present on select balconies doing work during the hours of 8-5, the work at times can be noisy, also the parking lot will be affected at times as well.


Follow your instincts! Head straightaway to the balcony! Take a seat at the table for four, and as the sun sets and the moon rises, make a toast and enjoy a meal or relax with a cocktail. The 24 unit Mistral complex is built on a high cliff. From the balcony you enjoy an unobstructed view the Gulf from Panama City beach to the left and Destin to the right. Go ahead….enjoy the phenomenal VIEW! In fact you’ll want to enjoy your morning coffee and your evening cocktail right here. Seasonal beach service is included (2 chairs and an umbrella) 1 Car only!

Mistral 18 just completed a full renovation giving a coastal chic feel to the entire condo. The bedroom downstairs has a Queen bed and television with the bath right outside the door. The bathroom has a stackable washer/dryer unit and a stand alone shower. Kids will adore the comfortable bunk beds in the entry hallway just around the corner from the bathroom. The private loft upstairs accessed by a spiral staircase, has a King bed and a large bathroom with a custom tile shower and vanity. The living area offers comfortable seating with a slip covered sofa and additional seating positioned so that you can enjoy the view as well as a 50” smart TV. The kitchen has everything you could want with new cabinetry, stove, an overhead microwave, fridge, quiet dishwasher, toaster oven, coffee maker and more. And no matter where you are in either room you simply can’t miss the VIEW!


Mistral 18 sleeps 6, making it the perfect destination for a family with or without kids. It’s conveniently located on the eastern end of 30A between Water Sound and Alys Beach, near two Publix stores, and everything on or around 30A. This is a third floor unit and there is not an elevator for this building.

To get to the beach, simply follow the walkway to the private beach access. For your convenience, there are showers and hoses located at the platform at the top of the steps to the beach. Also, the pedestrian/bike trail, which runs the entire 18 mile length of 30A, is conveniently located right in front of Mistral.

You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break , the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age.
