This 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom home with theater room is located directly ocean front over looking the Neskowin Ghost Forest and Proposal Rock on Neskowin Beach. This clean and modern home has all new furnishings, HDTV's, WIFI and features easy local beach access. New ocean front hot tub installed!
This home comfortably sleeps your guests with 5 king Bedrooms. Bedrooms have HDTV's, and quality linens. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
Game room includes- shuffle board and foosball table.
The deck has all new furnishings, BBQ, and Adirondack chairs.
The grass yard has a bocce ball/horseshoe pit and large grass area for play.
The home has a modern fully equipped kitchen featuring ocean view eat up bar area and dining area to seat 12+.
Rent the home next door as well (VRBO 1487761) and accommodate up to 30 people!
The home next door is a 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom home. These two together can accommodate large groups and family gatherings.

Ideal location, right on the beach. House was fabulously setup for a large family, with plenty of tableware, lots of large and comfy sectionals. Game room was a neat adds on.

The property itself is in fantastic. Great location love the beach the house it’s decent rooms are kinda mismatched. Basement is very unusual and hard to get to communication with Owner. It was terrible.

It’s in need of a re-vamp. Beds are too tall and uncomfortable, sliding door to deck does not work properly, fireplace is out of order, and it’s not getting really clean between renters. There’s lots of space, yard, and so forth, but at this price I expected something nicer.

Family vacation

We were looking for a home with beach access and a bedroom in the main floor for our MIL. We entered the home and right away noticed a hole in the ceiling from water damage in the dining room. The overall cleanliness was not good. There were hairs from previous tenants in the bathrooms and on sheets. In the master bedroom above the door there was a gaping hole from water damage. Master shower does not drain so you are standing in a pool of water while showering. The living room fireplace was inoperable. A feature we would have liked to use. Outdoors the hot tub only two or the four jets are working. Trash was surrounding the fire pit. Beach access is not really beach access for the over 40 crowd unless you want to rock climb. The patio slider does not lock and is sticky and very hard to operate. The home is spacious and in a quiet location. For the money I would have hoped for a bit of a better experience.

Excellent location!

We loved this home and location! The beach is so quiet and there are two beach accesses close by. Hot tub was a hit, very clean! The beds were super comfortable and the home was perfect for our family!

Beautiful location

For the most part we really enjoyed our stay. We were dissapointed to find one of the listed bedrooms to be locked. No indication as to why. Our tall twelve year old was looking forward to a room of his own. No luck.Almost all of the window coverings are broken. Unable to raise and lower shades. Tv in bedroom 1 does not work. Minor for me but my husband was dissapointed But otherwise it was a lively home and we enjoyed our time.Note to future renters....the lower level stairs are VERY steep. The kids navigated like the mountain goats they are but us older folks were very neevous!

The home's size & location truly was perfect. Our issues were with the last minute changes to our checking in & out, various remote controls not working, as well as one washing machine not working.

Pluses and minuses.

Though owner says new roof - ceilings leaked. We reported same. Old TV's and systems needed to be updated. Could not get large national football games on the system. Oregon vs. Michigan. View was gorgeous. Bathrooms were very clean and spacious, as was the rest of the house.

Family trip

This was a great house with beautiful views. We were disappointed with the visible water damage, the bbq was replaced with a griddle and a lock on the hot tub. The property manager was unhelpful when asked for the code.

Lovely home!

The home was beautiful and just large enough for our group. The location and view are beyond measure and truly the reason to pay the high cost to stay here. The required later than normal check in and also earlier required check out were disappointing, but our family enjoyed our weekend at the house and made some lovely memories.

Good Property - Lacking a bit

The location was great, the house is pretty good (needs a bit of repair and updating). But there were a few things that I would have liked to know beforehand. 1. There is not direct beach access. There are steep jagged rocks at the back of the property that some adults could scale, but not for children or weary adults. We had to walk down the street to a public path with kids each time. The surrounding houses all had rocks with railings to get down, this one does not. 2. There are absolutely 0 beach ammenities at the house. No chairs, no toys, no balls, etc. At this price point I would hope for a few chairs and $20 worth of toys to use. We went to walmart and bought some. 3. There are stairs to the basement that are a death trap. Absolutely too steep and cannot possibly be up to code. We were careful, but one adult did slip on the way down. Overall the house itself is pretty good, clealry has had a lot of wear and tear from guests that needs to be addressed and maybe my expectations at this price point were off. The area is stunning and we had a great time but would stay elsewhere next year.
