El Surf View Cottage es un hogar directo frente al mar y con vista al mar. Esta casa tiene seis habitaciones y cuatro baños. La casa es una casa de concepto abierto con la cocina, comedor y sala de estar abierta a las vistas y gran salón.
Esta casa tiene seis habitaciones, cuatro habitaciones king, una habitación queen y una habitación con una cama doble sobre litera y un sofá cama queen.

We were upgraded last minute a new house and it was WONDERFUL! Our host was attentive and responsive and kind. We will def. be back! There were a ton of dishes/glasses and cookware to use which was amazing! The view was magnificent. Thank you so much!

Renters Beware!!!TERRIBLE EXPERIENCEDates: March 5th to March 8th. Persons: 10 adultsI am voicing some issues and serious concerns on our stay at the Surf House. Yes, the location was fantastic! Our first lady arrived at the property and went inside at 4:32pm. The housekeeper was still onsite, She LEFT well after the CHECK-IN time of 430, (it was 5:15pm) and SHE left towels on bathroom counters, and in washing machine, not running. Bedroom 3: broken bed post with large screw sticking out, and blind was broken as to not being able to open it completely to enjoy the view that their was. UNACCEPTABLE! All fans in bedrooms: The wire cage surrounding the fan blades are full of crud, dirt and lint. No one wanted to even use them. Blackstone Grill: Absolutely disgusting!!! Spent 40 minutes cleaning all the crud off the grate to get the grill functional!! UNACCEPTABLE! Main ceiling fan: Ceiling fan in main room nonfunctional, was reported previously it was fixed, IT WAS NOT. We found 2 smoke detectors were missing from the ceiling holders, one CO2 monitor had battery connections corroded, one CO monitor was beeping, and the home security system was beeping. UNACCEPTABLE. Dishes & silverware were found dirty, had to wash before using. Steps to firepit broken, used soap on floor of shower, and dirty. This home really just needs a whole lot of TLC and DEEP CLEANING. SAFETY FIRST, Needs to be addressed asap!

Hello- Thank you for your review. We appreciate that you love the fantastic location of the property. This rental experience was negative for us as well. This group showed up very early. The stated time below is incorrect as we have texts from housekeeping about your early arrival. When guests show up early it is very disruptive to the cleaning crews. They are unable to do their job correctly and completely when they have a large group of people wanting to "quickly unload and use the restrooms". We kindly ask all guests to arrive after check in time or request an approval for an early arrival. This experience of an early arrival lead to a crying housekeeper and a disgruntled early arriving group. We did offer this guest a full refund if they were unhappy with the home but they opted to stay and enjoy the home. We always do everything we can to please all guests but without adequate cleaning time, we can not guarantee the home will be prepared to our standards or yours. Thank you again and take care

Perfect set-up for our family!

Plenty of real bedrooms and bathrooms for privacy and wonderful common areas and deck space for family fun! House is worn just enough that you won't be panicking over every grain of sand tracked in and every dropped crumb. Kids loved the private sandy backyard and walks on the beach to see sea stars and bald eagles. Parents loved the decks for sunning and the firepit for conversation.

Great location and view!

Property is clean. Beds need memory foam but they are not terrible. Make sure you download and screen shot everything before heading out. There is a gate code and then a door code.

Great location!

Our large family stayed in this beautiful home. The house offers a sandy “yard” you can walk down rock steps to the beach. It’s close to proposal rock for perfect walks on the beach. Our hosts were great and working with us for scheduling dates and answering our questions. We have a few family members with mobility issues where having 3 bedrooms on the main floor and easy access to the kitchen and living room worked well for us. The upstairs offers a queen room, a bunk bed room, and primary suite that worked well for the parents and kids in our group. The house was well stocked with pans, dishes, towels, etc. we had everything we needed for our stay. The documents sent prior to our stay included recommendations on where we could get fresh seafood to bring back and cook ourselves, as well as restaurant recommendations and activities to explore. Everyone in our family was impressed with house, amenities and everything in between. We will look to book this house for future stays.

The house is very spacious and was true to its description. The kitchen was fully stocked and there was plenty of space for the 9 of us to mive around. The proximity to the beach is excellent with easy access to the ocean.

The location of the home in comparison to the beach and the facility was exactly what was shown.There were plenty of plates, kitchen, utensils, pots, pans, etc. the bedrooms were as presented and well appointed. The problem was the attention to detail. The house is quite used. Blinds are broken, paint is messy. The owner or property manager was very responsive. One dishwasher didn’t work.I think for the top end price for that area it should’ve been perfect. With that being said, we would go there again. I just want to leave an honest report.I just think it’s been a VRBO for a long time because of it’s amazing location and has not had TLC in sometime

We appreciate the feedback on the kitchen being well stocked, the bedrooms well appointed and the amazing location. We recently replaced the blind you mentioned and all dishwashers are working. Sadly appliances do occasionally need repairs which is an inconvenience for all and we apologize. Wonderful Beach House

We had a wonderful time at this beach front property. The house was great and the location unbeatable. House was very clean and spacious, the views from the sitting room were awesome. Just open the widow and hear the ocean roar. We defintiley would stay again.

Perfect location!

House was beautiful…just like the pictures, very clean, and great beachfront location. Our whole family had a great time. The extra things like the kids table, high chair, and pull out beds were put to good use. We felt there could’ve been more beach towels and better knives but overall great home! We would stay there again.

Overall it was an ok stay, the description of check in and some of the rooms did not match what was on the VRBO site compared to the contract we received so that was a bummer! The house has a little more wear and tear than it should have in our opinion for the price we paid! Location was awesome! Neighborhood was great too! We did let the host know of all things so hopefully they will take this opportunity to fix some of the issues we ran into!

A perfect family vacation home!

I can't recommend this home enough. The house was perfect for our large extended family (8 adults and 6 children). Each couple had their own bedroom and the children's/play room was great for all of the kids. The sand area and back patio worked really well when the kids and adults weren't on the beach playing. During our stay we had deer visit us and saw seals on the beach. It's truly a magical spot!
