This second floor unit has a light beach cottage theme with a spectacular Gulf view from a private balcony. You will find cottage style white furniture with glass tops, cozy neutral furnishings, and access to the balcony in the living area. The kitchen has been beautifully upgraded with black granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and the full complement of housewares. The master bedroom features nice white cottage furnishings and designer sea life bedding. The hall bunks are built in and feature a top safety rail and cozy neutral bedding, perfect for the kids! There is one full bathroom with a shower/ tub combo as well as a Jack and Jill half bathroom. Enjoy the convenience of a stackable washer and dryer also. When not on the beach, you can listen to your favorite music on the CD sound system for premium relaxation.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Tiny House living on the beach

Comfortable, clean accommodations with beautiful view of the beach. Kitchen is well supplied with dishes & cooking utensils. Easy to see why this unit stays booked.

Nice place

We had a couple minor issues with cleanliness which were resolved quickly and a lamp that had been broken by previous residents. Fairly quick response from management. Great location with private beach which is managed well. The Wifi did not work well at all, often times wouldn't connect and when was connected, was not good signal. It would be nice if you could check in earlier than 4pm for those of us traveling from long distances and have a later checkout than 10 am. Overall, great location with great support from management. We've been several times before and will likely return.

Awesome location!

This is a great location. Property management group is great. We’ve stayed here a couple times so far. Looking forward to another stay. Would like to see a few upgrades in the upcoming future.

Great waterfront property

You could not ask for a better location. Right on the beach with a wonderful Waterfront view, close to a variety of restaurants and shopping areas. The staff is amazing. Rooms are very clean and comfortable.

I love everything about this beautiful place. The view, peaceful, friendly... everything. Definitely we are going to comeback next vacation. The most I loved it was that the place was a very big space of private beach for only guests from the this condos.

Good location

We have stayed in Destin before at a similar location/condo set up and thought we would try something different. Location was perfect as it's right on the beach, but as others have mentioned it's a bit dated. We also got unlucky as we had what seemed like a family of Clydesdales above us as we heard footsteps and balls bouncing constantly, so I would maybe recommend the top floor.

Great View

This unit/condo is as described. Beachfront with fantastic view from balcony & living room. Plenty of room for 2 travelers and all their stuff. There were 2 beach chairs & 1 umbrella available on beach first come first serve. Wasn't real crowded so that worked well. Condo on second floor with steps and/or elevator. Basic kitchen supplies. Very nice area. We enjoyed our stay.

Great view

Great view and right on beach. The condo needs some updates (couches and appliances)and deep cleaning (like the tile). There’s not many extras in the kitchen. For example there wasn’t even a cookie/pizza sheet. The main bedroom is right by the stairs and you could hear people at all hours. The sound proofing isn’t very good either. People above us were very loud at odd times. Could hear every step they made too.

Excellent vacation location

Perfect location, right on the beach

It was nice for us to be able to gather our things and walk right on the beach within a minute. This property is attached to the walkway to the beach, so it was perfect. I just wish a crib was available for our 1 year old, but we worked it out! Great family vacation.

Smoke + Mildew = splitting headaches

Upon arrival was met with an overwhelming stench of mildew and cigarette smoke. Just walking through the unit, myself and my girlfriend started experiencing sharp headaches. Went to property manager and described the issue. They said they would have the cleaning crew to spray the room. Waited on the balcony for about 20 mins (which was quaint and did not smell of smoke or mildew). Realizing that there is no way the cleaning crew would get this stench out during our 2 night stay. We decided to just leave the property and went home after being on the propertyfor 30 mins. Vacation ruined. Called the customer service representative for Vacasa (who owns the property) and was met with a representative that stated they were going to pass the issue to a supervisor and that they would call back soon. Still have not recieved that call after 44 hours. Sent a follow up email that night describing tge issue and my experience and still have not recieved a reply. Called again the following day and finally was able to speak with a supervisor. She said she would coordinate with the property manager. It is over 24 hours since that call and still haven't hears back. Just want my money back
