This ground-floor condo features beautiful modern décor. The home has convenient access to the beach boardwalk from the back patio facing the Gulf. The kitchen offers granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the cookware needed to create a delicious meal. There is a round glass dining table plus bar stools for ample seating.

The main bedroom and living area offer upgraded TVs. You can also enjoy the convenience of a stackable washer/dryer.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Perfect spot on the beach

Proximity to the beach is next level. We’ve stayed in a lot of places on the Gulf, the view is next level from Crystal Sands. Our entire extended family has already booked for next July. Pool is very small and on the front of the building, right outside of this unit. It is extremely clean and promptly closes at 10 (which I was grateful for as one night there was a rowdy group blaring their music). The unit was great and had most of what we needed kitchen wise. We cooked all of our meals and while there were a few items (kitchen scissors, pot holders, salad bowl) not available, we made due. The bed is hands down the most comfortable bed I’ve ever experienced in a vacation rental (be sure to bring your own comforter or blanket if you get cold. The linens provided are very thin. I was prepared for his and it was a non issue for us). The patio furniture is relatively outdated but still usable (and pretty comfy, just not very appealing to the eye.) Trust me, spend the extra $ to be on the 1st floor. I never walked out the front door once we settled in because I had direct access to the beach from the back patio. The 2nd and 3rd floor units have to use an elevator on the front side of the building and then proceed through a locked gate to access the back (gulf view) side of the building.

Awesome Location

We snuck away for Mother’s Day Weekend and couldn’t have been happier with this condo! The location was truly awesome. When you walk out the back door the boardwalk is like 10 steps to your left, and the beach is literally right there! The view is amazing! The complimentary beach chair/umbrella service was so nice too. This was such a great setup for doing the beach with kids on a short trip. We could go in and out so easily! we will most certainly book this one lace again!

We spent a cold winter night with no blankets dealing with two ineffective rude management companies

We discovered beds had only sheets. Looked everywhere, no warm covers in the house. Called and texted VRBO (the only management number we were given). They said they will contact local management and get back to us. Never did. I followed up 8 time over 3 hrs of that night, each time they said hold on, we will get back to you; they never did. They sent one text late at night saying local management says blankets are there (implying I am either lying or blind) and wanted photos, which I sent. We spent the night wrapped in all the sheets we could find and hugging pillows for warmth. Next day someone from the local management, Vacasa, calls and is clearly upset with me for having booked with VRBO (of course, you had it coming), and upset of having received an email from VRBO first thing in the morning (I ruined her morning). A string of empty apologies from VRBO without any action or effort to make it up to us. We are not typical bitter reviewers that cannot be pleased, we had already given them 5 (highest) for cleanliness when we arrived.

Perfect Private Getaway!!

very nice and safe! Unit was very neat, clean, cute and has a lot of space!! Perfect oceanfront view of the beach and heavy duty patio chairs. I loved every single thing about this place. I will definitely be booking this unit again! ❤️

Room was great!

We loved the bottom floor and being so close to the pool and the beach. The only issue we found were some of the amenities didn’t work-no access to Netflix or tv apps in the bedroom-just cable. Coffee maker wasn’t working. The complex is older and smells a bit musty and not cleaned to perfection, the couches are a bit dirty. But I am also a clean freak, so I am a bit picky. But other than that we loved the location! Highly recommend if you aren’t a picky traveler and just looking for a good spot to lay your head at the end of a long beach day!

WiFi and tvs did not work. We had to call the internet company ourselves to figure it out so that we could work. Vacasa corporate was not very helpful, I’m sure the local branch would’ve been but we handled it ourselves before they called. TVs still did not work - there is no way someone not super tech savvy could’ve figured it out. Home was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend bringing your own blanket for the bed! The one provided was clean and fine just small. Also an oven not! Kitchen is well stocked otherwise. The location cannot be beat. 5/5. It’s a dream. Even a rainy day couldn’t get our spirits down!

Location location location

Upon arrival, the unit was very nice and is exactly like the pictures. You could walk out the back door and trip onto the beach! It’s about a total of 40 yards to the beach from the back patio & will make you want to come back ASAP. The only reason cleanliness wasn’t 5 stars was due to a brown spot being on the couch when we got there. Otherwise it was a perfect spot in a very nice location! Vacasa checked in a few times over our days there and made it very pleasant. Side note: you will need to bring any salt/pepper/ seasonings as they don’t have any as well as some toilet paper/ trash bag (we were only given one of each). Would absolutely stay here again!

Bedroom needs some tlc.

Bed sheets in the bedroom feels icky, the carpet in the bedroom needs to be change. This is just my opinion, others might be ok with it. Otherwise, we had a good time and enjoy our time here.
