This timeframe coincides with the first two phases of our property renovation, and all dates are subject to change due to weather, labor, or supply chain issues. We apologize for any disruption and appreciate your understanding as we work to enhance our resort for your future enjoyment. Renovations will continue throughout 2025 and into Spring of 2026.

Welcome to SunDestin Unit 1716! As you enter this newly renovated condo, you are welcomed by floor-to-ceiling windows that display magnificent coastal views of the white-sand beaches and the Gulf of Mexico's emerald green waters. This condo has ample space for a family of four to gather and unwind. The main bedroom boasts beautiful Gulf views and a king-size bed, while the living room offers comfortable seating for the whole group, plus a sofa that converts into a double bed. Both the bedroom and living room are equipped with a TV and DVD player for added entertainment.

Outfitted with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, the well-equipped kitchen features all the necessities of home to cook up delicious meals. Perch at the kitchen bar or the adjacent dining table that seats more. After dinner, take in sunset views from the spacious balcony that is accessible from the living room and the bedroom.

The beach is just steps away, with beach chair rentals available for an additional fee. SunDestin is located close to many great restaurants and shopping areas, including Destin Commons and Silver Sands Outlet Mall. Kids will also love the nearby water park and go-kart track.

Smoking is not permitted.
Guest must be 25 years of age or older to check-in or stay. If you are under 25 years old and are not accompanied by a parent or legal guardian that is 25 years of age or older you will not be permitted to stay in this unit, please call as soon as possible about your reservation.

SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing construction on the building. Please expect intermittent noise during construction hours of 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday. If construction needs to go past these hours or on the weekends information will be posted a week in advance in the lobby of SunDestin. Construction will be completed by June 2025.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 17.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
