This bright condo is within a short drive of Destin's top attractions but is also situated within a vacation destination of its own, Sandpiper Cove. Take in the view of the lush green landscaping from the high-top bistro table for two on your covered balcony.

When you're ready for a meal break, head over to the on-site restaurant located right on the harbor and featuring beautiful views. If you prefer to dine in, your vacation rental has a full kitchen with gleaming white countertops. Prepare one of your favorites and enjoy it at the sunny kitchen table with seating for four. The home's entire interior is beautifully decorated in a calming color palette with a tasteful coastal theme and stylish furnishings.

A short walk will bring you to one of the sparkling shared pools and hot tubs; bask on a lounge chair in the sun when you're ready to dry off. Look no further than the complex's private beach if you're here for the Gulf's infamous emerald-green waters. The provided surfboard and boogie board will add adventure to your visit. Guests of this home will also have access to other resort-style amenities such as a golf course and tennis courts.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This home does not have access to a washer/dryer, but guests may opt-in to laundry service.
This second-floor condo requires stairs to access.
This unit includes beach service- 2 chairs & 1 umbrella seasonal (March 1 - October 31)

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 2.

Dock details: Guests may reserve a boat slip at the shared dock. Vessels may not exceed 30 feet, and the overall beam of the boat may not exceed ten feet in any hull configuration. Unpowered vessels are not allowed to occupy a slip. Vessel trailers (loaded or empty) are not allowed to park on SPC property unless parked underneath the vessel owner’s condominium.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
