Beautiful Ground floor Gulfront upgraded unit in Crystal Beach in Destin Fla.. Beach access steps away with private walkover and private beach.. Beach service included March- October. Sleeps seven..Living area spacious and kitchen upgraded. All bathrooms upgraded. Total of 1.5 baths..1/2 bath with toilet ensuite in the master. Addtional half bath off hall.. Shower room with washer/Dryer in between.

This is a modified 2 bedroom ,the 2nd bedroom is open to hallway,it is a hallway alcove ,queen bed with bunk overhead.. Washer/Dryer and great open wide living area.. This is a West end unit with plenty of light an great sunset views close to shopping, and all activities...
Renovated outdoor pool ,looks pleasant and comfortable to relax

Enjoyed every minute of our stay!

This first floor unit suited us perfectly! The location in Destin, the condo layout and the short walk to the beach was just what we were looking for. We really liked the way the bathroom was set up and the beach service was a plus. We certainly recommend renting this unit!

Beautiful views, easy private access to beach. Close to town for shopping and restaurants. Only 10 minute drive to the boardwalk .

Our Happy Place

We have stayed in Miss Anne's place multiple times, and it never disappoints. You can't beat sliding those back doors open and walking out to the beach. This rental is perfect for our family of 4. While there is enough space for both of our kids on the double bed and above bunk in the hallway, our son prefers the living room couch sofa where he can hear the waves outside as he goes to sleep. This unit is clean, and communication with the host is always easy and great. Just book it, lots of great memories await!

Amazing location!

We stayed 4 nights and had the best time. We've stayed in Destin multiple times in different condos and this was hands down my favorite this far! Having the beach literally right out our back door was awesome, out 11 and 13 year old loved it. We were far enough out of the Destin rush to have a relaxed feel but close enough that it only took minutes to be right in all the action. Within walking distance to an Alvins to get anything we forgot for the beach. The condo had everything we needed kitchen wise. Comfortable beds. Would book again and hopefully do!

This is our second visit to this location and we're already planning to visit again in October. We added 2 days to our original booking, Ann and Phil we're great. Zak at the beach took good care of us also...cant wait to return.

Steps to the beach

Sitting on the porch, it felt like you were on the beach. You only had to walk a short distance to actually be on the sand. It’s a low volume unit so it is ideal for those that don’t like to mess with elevators. You could walk right up the street to Camille‘s for a quick breakfast and coffee. Great location. Would highly recommend.

Location was great, nothing better than walking out of the unit and being on the beach. Property owners were very responsive and helpful. When they said bring everything you need for kitchen / bath, they meant it. We were there for 5 days and had to run out to grab laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels. Nothing in the kitchen - like not even salt and pepper. I understand why they do it like that, just a heads up before you go. A couple extra kitchen towels would’ve been nice but there were more than enough bath towels which was nice. We will definitely be back.

Family Vacation

This is our second time staying at this location, and we love it! Can't beat this spot, walk right out onto the beach. We have two children 4 and 11, and this is the perfect place. Close to restaurants, groceries and any shopping you might need to do. Check in was easy, we missed our email with our parking pass prior to leaving. When I contacted Miss Anne to ask where we might be able to print it off, she made sure one was waiting for us on the dining table when we checked in! Have made some amazing memories with our babies here, can't wait to come back next year!

Spring Break with Mom and Sisters

This is our second time staying at Crystal Villas 4A during spring break with my mom and sisters. We had a wonderful time once again- the condo was ground level, it was updated, comfortable, roomie but most importantly had the best view of the ocean at sunrise and at sunset. Every morning we woke up to a beautiful view of the gorgeous ocean. Crystal Villas is tucked away in a quiet location but has easy access to restaurants and shopping centers. The owners of 4A were so accommodating and attentive to our needs. We can’t wait to return- it’s our favorite place in Destin. Thank you Ann and Phil!! You made us so happy, because my mom was so happy!!

Recommendation

Property has beautiful view and is in a great location. Condo needs a deep cleaning, new furniture in the living area, and really needs new bed pillows as they are totally worn out. There aren’t enough towels in the baths and not enough kitchen towels. There were zero hangers in the closet.

Hi Fred ... Thank you for your review .. There was a deep clean done after you left the unit... I usually leave 8-9 bath towels in the unit.,they are in the cabinet under the sink in both baths! There were hangers in the closet, I think the guest prior moved to another unit in Destin and took all their clothes on the hangers that were there... They let me know afterwards.. Sorry ,there are hangers in there now.... Thanks for coming Anne

Perfect location

We loved the 1st floor close to the beach location, walking distance to a couple little coffee house places. We were in town with a large group so our only frustration was the limited parking, there was a pay for parking next door which would have been helpful to know in advance. Also we were only given 4 beach wristbands and we rented the unit for 5 of us. Also, when the listing stated 2 bathrooms we didn’t realize that there was only one shower between the two half baths until we got there.

Little Piece of Paradise

Property is Amazing!!! Walk right out of the sliding door to the private beach. Location to anything and everything you need is within a short 5 to 10 minute drive. Anne and Phil are exceptional owners available during your entire stay. The private beach access and daily umbrella and chairs made this vacation that much more incredible. Private beach access when all the public areas are overcrowded and small make this property worth every penny. Everyone staying around us was very friendly and respectful. With five of us staying the property was plenty spacious for us to all stretch out and fit. The updates to allow a full size bed under the top twin bed is an awesome idea, as our five year old thought the world of sleeping above his mom and dad. We will be back again and again as stated this property is Amazing!!! Thank you again Anne and Phil for a wonderful stay.

THE LOCATION WAS AMAZING!! Just make sure you read the discerption. The 2nd bedroom is really in the hallway and it is open. So when you open the front door you are stepping into the "2nd" bedroom. The layout of kitchen area is amazing. lots of room for my family of 5. the bathing area is tight shares same area with washer and drawer, there is only 1 shower and 2 toilets. owner responded quickly and even dropped off oven Mets and dish towel when we told her there were none.

I agree, the location is amazing ( so private ,the gate is locked on the side so there are no travelers walking by) and the very roomy kitchen and living area is so comfortable for a family of five... Having the king bed plus the queen bed(off the hall not in the hall) makes this unit a great choice for alot of travelers who love the fact that this is on the ground floor and they dont have deal with elevators or steps all of the time, also that it is steps( 4-6 ) from the beach walkover. . It is truly one of few units in the area that you can find this beachfront situation so close to the walkway , the shoreline and still have great sleeping capability.Plus the fact that is so roomy and comfortable and upgraded is a great feature. Short and sweet

The location and view from this unit is great! It makes the few issues with the condo less bothersome 😉 The remodel of this unit was really nice, except under the bathroom sinks we’re not completed and drywalled yet, perhaps happening soon. The shower needs the same updating as the unit itself, also perhaps pending.. other than no hairdryer as listed, and noise from above, being the ground unit, it was a great! The furniture a bit dated and squeaky and no screens on the doors. The location of this unit is the best part, being able to walk out directly to the beautiful beach is wonderful!

Absolutely amazing location and accessibility to the beach! Our family of five stayed for 5 nights. The condo was clean and kitchen was well-equipped. The location is 4 buildings down from Henderson State Park, which makes for a much quieter stay than the rest of Destin. The host was extremely responsive and helpful, even dropping off towels during our stay when needed. There were a few things about the property that weren’t ideal, especially considering it is one of the most expensive vacation rentals we have stayed in. The floor was a bit uneven in places and the bathroom doors stuck. The king bed was not very comfortable. We were left with 2 trash bags and 2 rolls of toilet paper for a 5-day stay for 5 people. We flew in to Destin, so obviously didn’t expect to have to purchase trash bags and toilet paper at a vacation rental (have never had to do that before and we have stayed at less expensive rentals). There are small things a host can do that make your stay feel effortless that would make this place even better (plenty of toilet paper, trash bags, liquid hand soap in the bathrooms, more comfortable bed, a few board/card games for families to enjoy when not at the beach, providing beach towels, etc).We thoroughly enjoyed having the beach rental complimentary, although it is for only 2 chairs and an umbrella (fyi). Overall, however, the amazing location and beach accessibility made up for the minor inconveniences we experienced. We really enjoyed our stay!

As far as supplies go we supply what most rental companies supply... a start up of the items that get you through the initial part of your stay.. The bed is temperdic Im sorry the bed is not for you, most travelers really find it comfortable . Most of these 1 -4 bedroom rentals supply beach service with two chairs and one umbrella. That is all up and down the Destin Coast, has been that way for thirty years and more... Thank you very much Anne
