Majestic Sun A513 is located directly across the street from the beach on Scenic Highway 98 in Destin, FL. This beautifully-decorated, two-bedroom, two-bath condominium accommodates up to six guests comfortably. There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen-size bed in the guest bedroom and a pull-out sleeper sofa in the living room. Upon entering, you will find the guest bedroom on your left along with the guest bathroom featuring granite countertops and a shower/tub combination. Down the hallway, you will find the fully-equipped and upgraded kitchen, featuring granite countertops and all white appliances. The kitchen leads into the dining area and living room. The living room includes a large flat-screen television and DVD player. Enjoy free DVD rentals throughout your stay, as an added bonus. There is also a washer and dryer combination in the unit, for your convenience. The living room leads directly to the spacious, private balcony, boasting stunning Gulf-front views of the crystal-clear waters. The balcony is accessible from both the living room and master bedroom. The master bedroom includes a television and DVD player and leads into the spacious master bathroom with a double vanity and granite countertops. Majestic Sun is located on beautiful Seascape Resort with its 18-hole championship golf course, conference center, eight tennis courts, freshwater lakes and lovely park grounds. This family vacation resort is convenient to casual and fine dining restaurants, shopping at Silver Sands Factory Outlet mall and the area's many attractions.

Please note: Majestic Sun is a smoke-free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
