8th floor spacious 1151 sq. ft 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo with a living room, dining table, a full kitchen, and new furnishings. Large balcony with view of beach/ocean. Balcony is accessible from both bedrooms and the living room. Surfside resort offers all the amenities of a 5 star resort. On-site restaurant with beach side deck for dining and bar. Fitness center, hot tub, massage and hair salon, large pool deck overlooking the Gulf with large heated pool, two hot tubs, kiddie pool, pool side tiki hut, enclosed bath house with restrooms/showers/saunas and private sky bridge that goes from pool deck to the private deeded beach. There are lighted tennis and basketball courts, handball, shuffle board and picnic area with gas grills. There is also a special events room perfect for weddings, private party, etc. Two miles from Silver Sands outlet stores. Tiki bar on beach!! Beach service provided (2 chairs and an umbrella) - seasonal.

I am a mom of two teen girls and they are hard to please sometimes, but this location was a huge win. The pool and bridge to the beach is convenient. Good communication. I’d stay again and would totally recommend

Perfect stay!

This condo was fantastic! Gorgeous beach view and huge balcony. The beach is not overcrowded. Very convenient to shopping and eating places. Well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. Can’t wait to go back!

The condo was excellent. It is well furnished with up-to-date appliances. It is very clean and beds were comfortable. The building has nice amenities and the restaurant was very good. Overall great stay.

Best place on this planet

This was the best place we have ever stayed at. Our whole family from the 3 year old to the teenager's an us all enjoyed this place i highly recommend going here. You wont regret it. My whole family will definitely be back next year. If you wont to relax an be a the beautifulest place on the planet come here.

Surfside Resort

We had a great stay at The Surfside Resort. Quick access to beach, restaurant overlooking the beach. The condo was just like the list stated. It was amazing. We felt at home during our stay. The host was easy to get in contact with. We received a nice welcome when we arrived and a safe travel upon our return home. We will definitely book here again.

Girls Trip

Comfortable, clean, convenient. Home away from home. We didn’t need to go anywhere, beach across the road, restaurant and bar on site. Destin is a short drive if you need night life. The only hiccup we had was one evening all the elevators stopped working, but were soon fixed. Would stay again.

The condo is huge! It was very clean and the owner provided many things for your use. The provided beach service is wonderful and made getting down to the beach so easy without us having to carry extra chairs or an umbrella. The view from the balcony is nice and i enjoyed that we could see the ocean while laying in the master bed. As for the building itself, the restaurant on site was very good, we enjoyed that the pool stayed open to 11 which is later than most and the sky bridge to cross the street was so helpful with having 2 younger kids that dont always look when crossing the street. The owner was easy to get ahold of and responded quickly. The unit also is not lacking for seating you could comfortably have 6 guests here, we had 4 with room to spare in every area (dining, living room, bar/kitchen counter)

Absolutely Wonderful

This is an amazing condo to rent. It's across the street from the beach and has beautiful views from the outside balcony. The condo itself was absolutely amazing. It was my husband and me and my daughter drove in. We totally enjoyed the condo. It's was sparkling clean and very well furnished. Everything worked great. The condo was well equipped with blow dryers in bathrooms to beach towels in the closet if needed. We will diffently be renting this condo again. It's a 5star.

Unit was very spacious to included rooms, bathroom & showers. Pictures of unit are accurate. Decor was outdated,older furniture. AC worked well in the living area only , you need additional fans in the master bedroom & room which was provided. Room views and access to the beach was amazing. During our 5 day stay there was construction next to our unit, woke up to loud drilling early morning 4 out of the 5 days, not very restfull vacation. ( no notice of construction was given ) mentioned this to unit owner and NO RESPONSE at all. I understand construction happens but crew could have waited after 8am at least to start drilling.

Comfortable condo with nice view

We enjoyed our several-week stay in this very clean condo. Kitchen was well equipped, but bring your favorite pan, knife, and utensils if you really plan to cook.Condo temperature was easy to control. Plenty of hot water in the shower that heated up fast. And best of all--the king-size bed was super comfortable!. The building is older but well maintained. Hot tub temp was consistently perfect. Staff and residents were friendly and helpful. Nice location--private beach access, restaurants within walking distance, with one on site, and grocery and outlet shopping minutes away. Paved walking/biking path along the beach right outside the front door.

The unit and view was excellent - great location! Easy walking distance to the beach and Destin to the west and Seaside to the east easy access. great restaurants and the fishing rodeo out of Destin Harbour was going on for the month and that was excellent!

The views are incredible! The condo is perfectly decorated and clean. It’s a very relaxing place to call your home-away-from-home. Everything worked perfectly and the owner is very pleasant to work with. I have 0 complaints.
