The warm décor of this unit is pleasing to the eye as well as the senses. Located on the twelfth floor, this contemporary condo offers coastline views of the Gulf of Mexico as well as the Harborwalk area. Only the coastline views at Sundestin offer beach views from both the bedroom and living areas. Sleeping accommodations are one King size bed in the bedroom, as well as two full-size sofa sleepers in the living area, giving the unit room to sleep 6 people in total. The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, stove top oven, microwave, and dishwasher. To make meal preparation simple, a blender, toaster, coffee maker, basic cookware, and dinnerware are all provided. Meals can be enjoyed in relaxing comfort at your own dining room table or out on the balcony soaking in the wonderful sunsets.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Ongoing construction and amenity closures are to be expected. Construction is predicted to be completed Spring 2026.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
