Laura, la propietaria, dice: "¡Tenemos más de 30 revisiones! Villa bellamente decorada en Lake Destiny y 50 pasos del Golfo de México ". Gran salón, comedor y cocina combinado con vistas al Golfo. Porches en tanto delante como detrás de increíbles y relajantes vistas del golfo y el lago. pisos de travertino piedra en todas partes. Hermosa mano a mano granito isla con gran capacidad de almacenamiento y todos los electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. Principal tiene balcón privado con vistas a la vía iluminada detrás de villas en el lago. Tommy Bahama ropa de cama se resalta esta Beachy y cómoda habitación. El segundo dormitorio cuenta con edredones de Ralph Lauren en una cama litera nueva blanco con un lleno en la parte inferior y dos en la parte superior.

The location is one of the best in Destin. Ocean view, two minute walk to the beach and a beautiful lake right outside your back door. Such a beautiful and relaxing stay.

Great Beach Vacation

We loved the property, right across the road from the beach and situated on a lake. Excellent restaurant in walking distance. Very clean and quality accomodations.

Great location, clean, secure.

Laura was great to work with and was very easy to contact, the villa was well kept up and very clean. It felt like a home away from home and we really enjoyed it.

Spring on the Beach

This villa is just as described! Marvelous view of the gulf and a 2 minute walk across the road (which is a pedestrian crossing and traffic does stop for you) to the white sand beach. Wonderful area for daily walks and noise level is low except for traffic going down road. Quiet at night. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I would recommend this villa to anyone wanting to stay in Destin near the beach.

Another Great Stay @ Villa 3A

This will be my family's second stay at Laura's Villa, or as my kids call it "Mrs. Laura's House". We love the location, the breath taking view, safety, proximity to great food, and of course the Beach and Pool combo for the kids. We;ll be back for the 3rd trip next year!

Wonderful stay

This was the perfect villa for a week with my girls. It was very clean, decorated nicely, and had everything we needed to cook. The owners were great communicators and responded very quickly to any of my questions. We had a great time!

Great location right off the beach

Beautiful views of the clean water lake from master bedroom. Kids loved getting to fish and being convenient to the beach. Short walk across the road to the beach, but wasn't a problem at all. GREAT PLACE FOR FAMILIES.

Destin(ed) perfection

This Villa was everything you could need for the most practical, yet classy, home away from home I could’ve imagined. My 2 teens never complained about being cramped over shared space. Well maintained. Clean. Well stocked. Everything in working order. Location is prime. I enjoyed people watching from the porch at night as the golf carts cruise by, each playing tunes. Life felt simple. Time didn’t fly, and we were truly rested & rejuvenated from our week’s stay. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Great communication from Host Laura. We hope to stay here again for future vacations. Thank you for sharing your property!

Beautiful view

What a great location and view from both patios that were equipped with bar height tables for two. The short walk to the beach made it easy to return for bathroom breaks or forgotten items. The villa was well stocked and clean and the owner communicated clearly and quickly. It worked great for us and our two tweens. We would definitely recommend.

Amazing Time!!!

Planned somewhat last minute for a trip in Destin, FL and the owner was soooo accommodating! Amazing views with the lake right in your backyard. Literally 2 minutes flat walk from the front door and you are on the sand! Could not ask for more. Looking for more trips to the place in years to come!

Magical Villa Across from the Beach!

This was our first time staying at this villa, and it was absolutely perfect! We stayed in 3A (upstairs). The villa is truly just steps from the beach which is just across the street. It made it so easy to go back and forth for drink refills or quick bathroom breaks.The views were incredible. From the front balcony we enjoyed a gorgeous ocean view, and from the back balcony, a peaceful lake view. The bed was super comfortable, and the shower got nice and hot. No complaints at all. The location is unbeatable, with plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and conveniences nearby. We really appreciated the restaurant recommendations included in the check-in info. Everything we tried was fantastic! Our favorite was The Crab Trap, located just across the street. We loved being able to walk there.But the best part? We got engaged on the front balcony! After 5 years of dating I'd call it a MAGIC villa. Haha. It will always hold a special place in our hearts.Thank you for an unforgettable stay! We can’t wait to come back again and again!

Wonderful stay from WV💙💛

We had an amazing stay! Location was perfect for us! Our teen girls walked to wherever they wanted and I felt safe allowing them to do so. Communication was great and always a response within 24hrs or less. So polite and friendly! Our bed and pillows were great! I didn’t wake up stiff from a bad mattress which is rare on vacation. I have nothing but good to say about our stay and I’m so picky. I was under the impression that we had the up and downstairs of this villa so it was definitely tight but that is my fault for not reading. However, the size would NOT deter me from booking the same villa again and again. We love Destin and enjoyed this stay so much we are looking to purchase our own rental property! Thanks for a great stay Laura!!!!!

As Expected, With Some Additional Detail

Everything regarding the VRBO description is accurent however I would add a few minor tweaks. 1. My family stayed the week prior to Memorial Day, 2023 in order to hedge the crowds with two young children. It was still busy. The public beach access pictured was very busy as it's also the parking lot for the Crab Trap just down the street. Still, the crowds were nice, kind, respectful. In addition the road pictured was also very busy. Again, in part due to the week before Memorial Day. 2. An interesting note for those wondering about the beach atmosphere. There is a red tourist helicoptor which flies over head just about every 20 minutes. At first my kids loved it. I will say for me inparticular after a day or so, it got annoying and disruptive. Mind you, the above tweaks are not anything Laura can control and some of which have to do with timing of our stay. Just some realities which I always like to point out. My son as always asked "Can we visit Mrs. Laura's house again", It was a hit for our family and we will be back. Thank again, Laura!

Perfect location and size

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay. House is located close to the beach and is so cute. Had peaceful nights on the back porch over looking the pond in the back. The dryer was not working however the owner quickly fixed the situation and had our laundry picked up and laundered for us while we were away at our softball tournament. We were so thankful for every moment spent here!

Perfect Destin Property

Our favorite spot each evening was the front Balcony (there are 2 balconies)you can hear the Ocean, people watch with our feet up. Then in the morning with our coffee in hand we went to back balcony and watch turtles swimming in the lake! It's a very clean home. Amazing views. Great location. Hope to come back next year to rent again. Hated to leave. Can't wait to return.

It is CLOSE to everything in Destin! The villa is 10 minutes to the Harbor, 10 minutes to Sandestin. We love the meandering 6.5 mile path on Scenic for walking and biking. AND, the beach is literally 50 steps! GREAT VIEWS too!!

Location, location, location. Price is great too! ;)
