This delightfully cheerful beach cottage unit has breathtaking gulf front views from a private balcony. The tastefully decorated living area has many fine details such as a beveled glass mirrored wall, nautically striped sofa, and loveseat, white cottage style furniture, a 27” TV, a DVD player as well as a CD stereo system to play your music on. The kitchen offers crisp white cabinetry, full-size appliances, and everything needed for meal preparation. The master bedroom has a cozy cottage inspired theme to make you feel at home and includes a 24” TV, a DVD player, carpeted floor, and a private bathroom. The bunk beds have comfortable covers for the kids and a top rail for safety. The dining table seats four and there are two bar stools to eat at the bar. With all the comforts of home right here, you will be sure to enjoy this beautiful beach condominium! You will receive your arrival information via email. Please note: Majestic Sun is a smoke-free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
