The spacious living area is designed with comfort in mind, offering plush seating and a queen sleeper sofa with an upgraded gel mattress. After a sun-soaked day on the sand, catch your favorite shows on the large wall-mounted HDTV or step onto the patio to enjoy a good book and a warm breeze.

The primary bedroom is furnished with a luxurious king bed and features an oversized wall-mounted HDTV, a closet, a dresser and a recently renovated ensuite bathroom with convenient hallway access and a beautifully tiled walk-in shower.

For added convenience, this condo includes a washer and dryer, an iron and ironing board, and complimentary high-speed WiFi. Guests may rent beach chairs and umbrellas from the beach service, bring them from home, or are welcome to use the umbrella and two beach chairs provided in our unit. As of September 2025, the newly renovated pool and hot tub will be complete. The pool will be seasonally heated and the hot tub will remain at 100-104 degrees year-round.

After a fun-filled day at the beach, hop on the resort tram and make your way to the Village of Baytowne Wharf, a vibrant outdoor destination featuring shopping, dining, and entertainment. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled
within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete
a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
