Spend your next vacation enjoying the white sand beaches of Miramar Beach when you book this fantastic Hidden Dunes home overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Take in the breathtaking views from the living room's floor-to-ceiling windows. Wake up with your first cup of coffee from the comfort of your private balcony while listening to the waves breaking below. Stretch out in the living room to enjoy a favorite movie on the large flatscreen TV or head down to take a swim in the shared pool or a long soak in the community hot tub. The fully-equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and there is a dining table with seating for six, plus more seating at the breakfast bar. You'll even have a full-size washer/dryer just around the corner to wash those sandy bathing suits.

What's nearby:
You'll have lots of nearby restaurants within walking distance like Carrabba's Italian Grill, Bijoux, and The Beach House Restaurant Sandestin. Head over to The Links Golf Club where you can play on terrific green fairways for some early morning exercise. Seven miles west, you'll find Henderson Beach State Park with nature walks, playgrounds, and even a boardwalk to enjoy.

Everything about this condo is spot on. The pictures are exactly what it looks like and the view is breathtaking! We have stayed at Hidden Dunes 4 times and this location is wonderful.

Beautiful Condo!!

This is beautiful place to stay with a great view of the beach, pool and fitness area just below. The beach service is great and really recommend it since they take up the spaces on the beach in front of the condo. There are also beach toys and chairs in the closet in the condo. We did not need to use them, but definitely nice to have if needed. Many of the plugs do not work in the condo. There also no pot holders, just in case you plan to use the oven. There are lots of dishes but it was lacking sheet pans. We also brought a small air fryer since there was not one in the condo. Overall a great place to stay and highly recommend it!

Great place

The condo was clean and spacious! It's on the 17th floor, so I'm not sure I would have been as relaxed if I had young children. Fully stocked kitchen, extra blankets and pillows. Two dishwasher and laundry pods.

Good but Needs Some Improvements

Overall this place was nice and we love staying at Hidden Dunes in general. This unit needs an electrician to get all of the plugs working, and we would have appreciated some floats or sand toys. It has the basic amenities but definitely no extras. Also one of the showers didn’t work. The furnishings are nice and it was clean.

Familymoon 2024

Got married the week before and my wife and I decided to take 6of our 7 children to the beach for our first family trip. Loved the condo as it had a wonderful view and was not far from any attraction that we had planned to visit. The only problem we had was that we were given the wrong password for the WiFi and the handle to the sliding glass door going out onto the balcony was broken.

Amazing views but needs updated

The views are amazing! The condo itself could use some updates. Flooring was chipped, lots of scuffs everywhere on doors, etc. the fridge was not working properly, I had to put it on the coldest setting to keep food cold. Ceiling had tons of cob webs. Sheets had dirt on them. I did reach out to customer support and they came asap to fix the issues.

Disappointing

We have stayed at Hidden Dunes many times throughout the years. While this condo looks nice online it was disappointing in person. The view is fabulous and the layout is nice but the entire condo is worn. The pull out sofa mattress had Springs that were poking through. There were stains on some of the cushions. The bathroom tiles had some mold on them. The refrigerator did not get very cold. One closet door would not open. A toilet seat was not attached. I would stay at Hidden Dunes again. I would not stay in this unit

We didn’t originally book this place, we booked the same villa that we stayed for our honeymoon. We were so excited to go back, but they cancelled on us less than a day before. Vacasa gave us a few options to choose from for a new place to stay, but we had 2 minutes to choose, and this one looked best out of all of the choices. The place was very big, plenty of room and linens. It was updated- nice kitchen and fully stocked with utensils, pots/pans. However I took off stars because it could have been cleaner, for sure, just corners had dust piles. Nothing too bad. I didn’t allow my 3 y/o to go on the balcony because the rails were too far apart and she could honestly slip right through there. I am terrified of heights though and I didn’t know this room was so high up when we chose so quick.

Owners had been there before we were so expected tip top condition. Poor ice maker (maintenance said it was "great"…) Dishwasher has no wheels on bottom rack making it extremely difficult to load/unload. Rug in living room looked dirty. Kitchen Sprayer nozzle missing critical piece. Partial set of measuring spoons which rental agent said was not theirs to provide; owner problem. Air vent in small bathroom very dusty. Chairs/umbrella not included (lots of units do provide one set ). Restricted access to top floors was nice though codes didn't always work…two different ones were provided. Hidden dunes is a gem; mostly family atmosphere. I would rent this unit again but would expect dishwasher repaired, nozzle to work properly, and fully furnished to mean that (especially since owners had departed the morning we arrived!!) for the price you pay.

Awesome Unit!

Unbelievable View! Even better that property manager named BJ was just a phone call away. Her service and lighting speed manner in which she handled even small issues made it a blessing to be in this rental agency’s hands. Will book this unit as often as I can afford to. This is the 5th different unit we’ve stayed in this tower the last 9 years and it was the best so far!
