Fully renovated & beautiful water front condo that provides excellent Folly River views, sunsets & prime beach location for great family/friend getaways! The open floor plan invites fun game nights & relaxing evenings on the private screened in patio. This property is a short walk/bike from Folly Beach, bars, restaurants, grocery stores, & most importantly, the heart of downtown Folly- 13 minutes from downtown Charleston!! The condo amenities include: central AC, pool (opens April 1st annually), Streaming TV, WiFi, & washer/dryer. We welcome long term rentals as well-please inquire for special rates that may apply!!

Just as listed!

Our family was so comfortable in this rental and the location made it easy to get to the beach or into Charleston. We especially enjoyed watching the tides bring waters into and out of the marsh.

An amazing family friendly place

We had everything we needed for a wonderful week at the beach! The condo is well stocked, we cooked and ate most meals here. The place is very quiet and the people are friendly, and it is a three minute drive to the beach. We hope to return next summer.

We had the best time. The views are so beautiful of the low country. The beach is just a short stroll away. The beds are so comfy, the house was so well equipped. We will be back, can't wait to book this again

Great place to stay, felt like home

From the minute we got there, we felt at home. We,ve stayed here in another unit so we knew the location was what we wanted, but this one was perfect. Everyone had their own bathroom, the beds were comfy. The couch was great for us to hang out and the outdoor areas were great too. The host was amazing and very responsive to my questions. This “home away from home” had everything we needed and we didn’t want to leave!

Eight of us stayed in this condo, and it was super nice. Clean unit, comfy beds. Pretty view of the marsh and convenient to Folly Beach. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect condo

We loved this condo! Most comfortable beds in a condo that we have ever experienced! The furnishing and decor were perfect. And a well appointed kitchen, with extra supplies that you don’t always find in a Vrbo. Beautiful location and such an easy walk to Folly Beach. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo!

a few items to double check when renting out this condo

The positives - We loved the location. The furniture was up to date. The kitchen was very nice, but we were given only one new roll(wrapped) of paper towels, but the roll under the sink was only a half of a roll. Only one tall kitchen trash bag, again for a 7 day stay and we cooked the days that we rented the condo. There was one box of Kleenex under the sink in one of the bathrooms, but it was only 1/4 full. I had to go to my house and pick up not only more sets of towels, but more paper towels and boxes of Kleenex. The worst was there was blood on the pillow case on the bed I slept on (did not notice until I was making my bed up the next morning My sister slept on the sofa after experiencing the headboard in the room with the two double beds was loose and hit her head on the bed when she turned on her other side to sleep. She was in the room with the two double beds. There was one set of towels on each bed except for the king bed for a 7 day stay. I was a checker for Pam Harrington Exclusives for 12 years and know how a rental should be stocked. Also, my sister cleans the condos for a realtor who is a resident of Folly Beach and has been employed by her for 20 years. She confirmed what I observed. We were hoping to make this a yearly rental, but the three of us decided that this condo was not what we expected, given what we paid for the week.

Local to all the good spots. Short walk to all the bars and the beach. 20 min drive to downtown or Sullivans island. Host was very responsive!

Low Country Charm

Very spacious

Loved the place. Clean and roomy. Very updated. Sent several questions to owner with no response. Code did not work on first date. Stood out in the heat. I realize these things can happen. When I finally got hold of Anthony he was very accommodating. Would stay again just Hope response would be better

Terrific stay!

The condo was spacious, clean, and comfortable! Felt like a luxury hotel experience. Wonderful having three full bathrooms. It was also nice to have the pool! Walk to the town center and beach wasn’t bad at all (10-15 min) but parking was also easy if you have a car. Overall, excellent stay!

The home owner was absolutely amazing. The location is absolutely perfect. You are a 15 minute walk from the beach and a 10 minute walk from all the restaurants.

We LOVED staying here. It was such a simple walk to Folly Beach, gorgeous views, and so convenient to Charleston. Check in was such an easy process. If we come back to Charleston, this will be our preferred location.

Our stay at Turn of the River exceeded our expectations. The property and furnishings were lovely, and the location is convenient to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Highly recommended.

Lovely Spring Break getaway

I brought my two teenagers and two of their friends here for a 3 night stay over Spring Break and was perfect. The condo was clean and comfortable with all the amenities of home and enough room to comfortably sleep the 5 of us. Folly Beach was a 10 minute walk across the bridge and we enjoyed several treks there during our stay. My only complaint is actually more of a lesson learned for myself and anyone renting through VRBO. When we arrived our access code did not work. I had not thought to ask the owners for a direct form of communication and it took over an hour to get through the VRBO customer chat function to explain the situation and get phone numbers for the owners. Once I had those numbers the response and correction was swift. We had walked into Folly Beach for dinner while we figured out what to do and Tony called me just as we were being seated. His assurance that the code was now working made for a much more enjoyable meal as did the sight of dolphins swimming under the bridge on our walk back to the condo where we discovered that our code did indeed work. We would definitely stay here again.

The property location is very nice, a short walk across the bridge to Folly Beach. The condo was spacious and fit our family well. There were a few cleaning and supply items that were shared with the property manager, who assured us that they would be taken care of. Correspondence with the property manager was very easy and responses were quickly received. We would bring our family back again.

You Gotta Stay Here

I am so impressed with our stay here! Typically when trying to accommodate 6 adults, quarters are cramped and resources limited. That wasn't the case at all here! We were all so comfortable and at home. It was clean, had plenty of room and lots of amenities. Communication was precise and timely. Checking in and out a breeze. And at a good value as well! We can't wait to be back!! (Also we loved the balcony/porches!)
