Marsh Winds se encuentra en Folly Beach, donde puedes disfrutar de las maravillosas vistas de los pantanos y los sencillos paseos a la playa. Esta unidad de condominio cuenta con 3 habitaciones, 3 baños y tiene capacidad para 8 personas. Este condominio ha sido decorado con buen gusto con todas las comodidades del hogar e incluye 2 bicicletas. También puede recibir un descuento del 10% con una empresa local de alquiler de exteriores. El dormitorio principal tiene una vista del pantano con veleros en la distancia. Las dos habitaciones de huéspedes dan a las hermosas marismas y al río Folly. El porche trasero es un excelente lugar para comenzar el día con una taza de café y un lugar maravilloso para relajarse con cerveza artesanal y disfrutar del atardecer.

Hay algunas construcciones de casas detrás del condominio este verano.

El condominio está ubicado a menos de una milla de la playa. Un paseo cómodo lo llevará allí en aproximadamente 15 minutos o puede conducir a la playa en unos dos minutos. This makes our 2nd year staying at Pam’s place. It just feels like home. It’s close to everything and we also love the pool. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need and plenty of towels. All the rooms have TVs just in case you run into rain like we did. I can’t wait to book next years vacation!

It was s nice place to stay. Good area and a nice walk to the beach. The condo was clean.

We enjoyed the condo. Our favorite part wa the screened in patio on the back looking out to the Marsh. We did have some concerns about highth of the barstools to the bar. We would have also liked to have a few more towels and washcloths.

Folly Beach WITHOUT the Parking Hassle

The condo was clean and beautifully appointed. The only problem we encountered was that the icemaker didn't dispense ice; however, there was a note on the fridge door saying a part was on order. Would definitely recommend this spot to others.

Very short walk to the beach, less than a 2 minute drive. The pool was amazing and the screened in porch was awesome! Kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need to cook with. Owner was quick to answer any questions. Plenty of room. We had a wonderful time. Hope to go back next year and stay again.

Great Vacation at Folly Beach!

The location of the condo was very convenient and within walking distance of the local Folly Beach restaurants and shops. The only inconvenience we had was the noise from the equipment being used on the house being built behind the condominium. The marsh view from the back deck is now limited due to the new houses, but we were aware of that before we booked the condo. We would definitely stay here again!

Disappointing

We entered the apartment to discover that a huge structure was being built within feet of the screened porch that blocked 90% of the view of the wetlands that was advertised in the listing. In the owner's defense, she did add a line at the end of the listing to the effect of "construction in rear of property during summer of 2022," but she neglected to mention that that construction is literally about 3 feet from the screened porch, that the view is almost completely obstructed by the new structure and that the construction would be taking place Extremely close to our unit. Given the exorbitant rate being charged for high season, it would only have been fair to have been forewarned as to these details. The apartment was clean enough but the decor was bland and could use some updating. Also one of the keys on the keypad fell off, causing us to be temporarily locked out of the unit. The owner did respond quickly to that emergency. Also the walk to the beach in the hot sun felt far.

We had a great time. Nice place to stay for a vacation. 10 minutes walk to the beach. The only minor negative was the view from the back porch was gone due to a building being built and block the sunset. Got to enjoyed it one last time and had a nice picture.

PERFECT for a relaxing beach weekend or extended stay

If you are in the market for a relaxing, laid back time- this is your spot. It has accommodations for two sets of adults and 4 children. There are 3 full bathrooms. One adjoined to each room. The screened in porch is so so so awesome for early morning or late evening relaxation. The view is nice. There is a great ceiling fan out there too that moves air around. The full size washer and dryer would be an amazing bonus for those who need that. With just two of us and only 7 days, I thankfully didn’t have to worry about laundry on my vacation. The kitchen is fully equipped. A full size refrigerator would also be a bonus for a multi-family stay. The home is modestly decorated, and somewhat dated, but not at all an issue for us. If asthetics and fancy is important to you, don’t come with unrealistic expectations. It is modestly and nicely decorated consistent with a beach locale. There is a designated parking area that will accommodate 2 cars. So nice. There is an elevator to the first floor where the condo is located, and the complex provides carts for hauling groceries, etc. such a great idea!! The distance to the beach depends on where you want to go. It could be a 10-20 minute walk, or up to a 20 minute drive. There is public beach access all over the place. You will have to pay to park if you decide to drive. I recommend the park at the end of the main road, it is $5 a day or $10 a day on weekends. There are bathrooms, a snack bar, a place to rent chairs and umbrella, changing rooms, and outdoor showers for rinsing. A great location. This condo is PERFECTLY positioned just 20-30 minutes from all the history and activities that Charleston has to offer. This is a great spot. Folly Beach is a great location. Fun food options, and you can choose to be touristy, or not!! It was great. Our only dissatisfaction….and it is what it is….we live VERY rural and may also be more sensitive…..the sound barrier between units is not great. Our last night here a group moved in upstairs that was not overly rambunctious, but the noise was very disturbing. But again- it is what it is, and you would likely have that in a hotel or another apartment / condo situation. All in all- this is a great place to stay. Owner is a prompt and resourceful communicator. Zero concerns. She offers the opportunity to book direct with her in the future as well! Happy vacation!!!
