Sunshine Suite at Cabins on the Square is a bright, cheerful two-queen suite located directly on Wimberley Square in downtown Wimberley. It sleeps up to 4 guests and includes a private bathroom with shower.

Inside you'll find:

Porch seating with Adirondack chairs
Dedicated on-site parking

Guests of Cabins on the Square enjoy access to approximately 200 feet of spring-fed Cypress Creek frontage for swimming, wading and relaxing. Creekfront seating, the deck, fire pit and yard games are shared with other Cabins on the Square guests.

Sunshine Suite is one of three independently rented suites in its building. Each suite has its own private entrance and private bathroom, with no shared indoor spaces.

Restaurants, coffee shops, wine tasting rooms, boutiques, galleries and Wimberley Market Days are all within an easy walk.

Traveling with family or friends? Additional Cabins on the Square units — or the entire property — may also be available.

Wonderful stay!

We had a great getaway at Cabins on the Square! The room was as advertised and the location was unbeatable. We enjoyed the grounds and the kids loved the creek access! We will definitely stay again.

This cabin is absolutely perfect! It was walking distance to the cutest town. The owner was friendly and helpful. Plenty of shopping and dining within walking distance. So many cute spots to sit and enjoy the grounds around the property

This is the second time we have stayed there and it is a perfect location for being in town.

The property is wonderful it is right in the middle of town and the lady that manages it and the lady that works there is so helpful and friendly. This is my favorite place to stay in Wimberly. I have stayed other places, but this is my favorite and the only place I will stay.

Great place and location

Family of 4 stayed here while visiting friends in Wimberly. Its at the back of the square so walking distance to shops and restaurants. It also backs up to the creek so a perfect place to relax after a busy day. Cute and clean!

What a great little place in the heart of Wimberly! Great location for shopping, dining and exploring. Parking space was great and only left to go to a wedding on Saturday. Highly recommend.

Birthday weekend

My daughter and I had a relaxing time and the close proximity to shopping and restaurants made for a pleasant time. Private parking was important. The cabin and the grounds were well maintained and a minor plumbing problem was taken care of quickly. The owner is helpful and friendly and her guests feel welcomed.

Perfect every time

We enjoy staying at the cabins on the square. Perfectly located. Rarely have to get in car the entire weekend because it’s perfectly located in walking distance from everything you could need. Love the improvements you’ve added. Good job!!!

Great Room

I expected an average room. However, it was so clean and had all the additions I would have never dreamed of having. Hats off to "Cabins on the Square" for such a wonderful time I had. Just fantastic!!!!

Best location you can have in Wimberly!

It’s right on the square! Proximity to swimming holes and Big Baldy are great. Beds are SUPER soft…just FYI for firm mattress lovers like myself.

We loved our stay at Cabins on the Square. Perfect location!

We stayed in the Sunshine cabin. The room wasn’t large but was big enough for our family to sleep comfortably. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. The location is absolutely amazing! The creek running behind the cabin is beautiful! “Sip on the square” makes really good coffee to enjoy on the deck in the morning. We will definitely go back!

Adorable well located cabin

The cabins are literally right on the square. You walk outside and you are there. The property is beautiful with lots of outdoor seating and lights by the creek. Sitting back there with a glass of wine watching the fireflies is wonderful. The rooms are small so don’t bring a lot of stuff but it’s really perfect in every other way. We will stay there again for sure!
