Unique features at this 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath unit at Portofino Resort, Tower 4. This unit has East and West Gulf Views from Living room, kitchen, and both bedrooms. Sleeps 8 people total and has a pull out sofa, and gives that "Live Big" feel. PortofinoTower 4 is also the closest tower to the indoor pool, spa, and lifestyle center. The large Dining table seats 6 comfortably. This unit includes a wet bar room with beautiful granite counter tops, ice maker, wine cooler, and sink in the foyer. There is a King bed in the Master Bedroom, and two double beds in the Guest Bedroom, also reading lamps over every bed. Extra hooks near the laundry area, and hooks on all closet doors for your convenience. Washer/dryer in hall closet. This unit rents daily/weekly (3 day minimum) March through August **There are additional fees of a one time check in fee of $75.00 plus tax and a daily amenity fee charges from Portofino for daily/weekly rentals plus 12.5% tax as well. They will be paid directly to Portofino at check in. Fees vary by season $10.00-$20.00 plus tax, per day**

Tower 4 unit 1105

Everything was great! They had extra cleaning supplies, garbage bags and coffee filters. We didn't need them but that was nice that they were available. The kitchen had dishes, utensils, pots and pans for us to use and cook with.FYI:The pocket door in the bathroom has a loose screw in the handle. The door to the balcony in the guest bedroom is very hard to open. So we didn't use that door.We would stay there again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back! The condo and grounds were very nice. The condo had everything we needed, and the ice machine was a nice, appreciated perk. All of the staff and owners we encountered were incredibly nice and helpful. It was relaxing and convenient and fun.

Great view needs an update

We have stayed at Portofino many many times and it never disappoints. Kids and adults always have a great time. That being said, this particular unit has a great wonderful beautiful view BUT the inside of the condo is suuuuper dated. There is mold growing on the master shower ceiling. All doors and trim look dingy from general use. The furniture and wall decorations are out dated. The washer and dryer need to be replaced. They are dirty and inefficient. The dryer lint collector is broken so not sure it is doing its job. The toilet seats are worn and both need replacing. Also note if you have any issues getting up and down the toilets sit veeeery low to the ground. Mattresses in the extra room are very hard. Carpet in the bedrooms are worn out and bath mats are old. It’s Portofino, and the view was great, so we were able to look past most things, but I know there are updated nicer units. This one could be great if it had an update.

Great find!

Staying at the Portofino felt like staying at a Caribbean resort. Beautiful facilities! The condo was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Another pleasant stay at Portofino!

The property had everything we needed, was clean and well organized, and provided a wonderful vacation for my family. It is a short walk to the ocean, the tower pools are never very crowded, and the food options are extremely convenient. Look into taking the trolley to dinner for a fun adventure, and it's free!

Beautiful View but Outdated

The view from this condo was beautiful, probably the best view we have had at Portofino. This condo was cozy and nice, but after staying at Portofino for 10 years, we were used to something a little different. This space did not have any hotel sized bottles of shampoo, conditioner or body wash, no coffee, no spices. It is fine if a space does not have these things, but it should be stated in the description that no basic things will be provided. The refrigerator did not have any kind of water filtration, so no refilling water bottles. The second bedroom’s bathtub drain did not close for baths and the toilet seat needs replacing. The TV remotes in both bedrooms were very complicated and no streaming in bedrooms. TV in living room worked great and streaming available in there. The grill on the patio had no handle for use and the patio did not have any lights for nighttime cooking or dining. Multiple lightbulbs missing in the condo. Batteries in light/fan remotes went dead during our stay. Overall, the layout was great and like most condos we have stayed in. The normal 1/2 bath in a 2 bedroom was converted to a bar so there are only 2 bathrooms, not 2 1/2 as usual. The bar was nice looking and had a great ice maker in it. We had a great time staying here, but only wish we would’ve known about some of the inconveniences.

Wonderful Vacation in Paradise

Every year, we do a group trip to Pensacola Beach and have loved this condo time after time. The unit is wonderfully decorated and has everything you need for a great stay. We look forward to returning again next year!

Stayed last year and made it a point to get this one, again. Clean, beautiful, and a perfect setup for a couple with small children (boy and girls). Love this unit!!!!

Beautiful Condo and Resort!

We planned a friends trip to Pensacola Beach, and this unit was stunning! It has a great beach feel and was very spacious and comfortable. The hosts were very proactive and communicative. We look forward to returning again in the future!

Great place Horrible cleaners

Really enjoyed the place but the cleaning crew they hire are very bad. Property manger should check the property more often. I think they are doing the owners a disservice.

No warning about the 2500 church youth

I wish we had been warned / told about the church youth group being there at the same time. While the kids for the most part were polite, the numbers were overwhelming and you could not enjoy the main pool or bay during the afternoon. Also we were told that the kids were not to use the tower pools bc they had the run of the main pool and tower pools would be for residents and other guest. Either that was not true or not monitored. We tried to retreat to our tower pool several afternoons only to be met by kids throwing balls, jumping in and out between pool and hot tub and taking all the chairs. And with the beach red flagged two days we could not escape there bc you couldn’t get in the water.

Great time with family

We enjoyed staying here the property has everything you would want. In check in at 4:00 our air conditioner was not working called Maintenance and the problem was taken care of and we where sleeping in cool air that night.

Great view!

Check in/out was flawless. The condo was clean for the most part but there were just a few things that personally I thought should have been cleaned or more cleanly. For the money that we paid, the doors were dirty, the couches had stain spots on them, some of the dishes were greasy and needed to be washed before being used. The AC unit was struggling to keep the unit cool and on our last full day it was very warm in the unit. The clothes dryer was not drying laundry properly. We had to restart it at least 3 times and sometimes 4 depending on what we had in there. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, we had a great time. We thoroughly enjoyed the main swimming area accessed through the restaurant and took full advantage of the bar. Bottom line, we loved the area, the view was awesome, the people were very friendly and we felt welcome. We would just recommend having the AC unit and dryer be looked at by maintanance and the unit to be deep cleaned prior to renters coming in. We would definitely love to return in the future and look forward to vacationing in this area again next year.

Dated and Shabby

Housekeeping did a great job, and the views are amazing. BUT this unit is crowded with old, mismatched furniture and poorly decorated with hand-me-down or thrift store art. Kitchen wasn’t equipped with usable pots or pans. Resort is gorgeous but should require unit owners to keep properties updated. Would not rent this unit again

This resort has a gated entry, each tower has a heated pool and spa, easy access to the beach and access to all Resort amenities including the Spa, Fitness Center, and restaurants. Guests also get complimentary cable tv, wifi and one covered parking spot. Onsite rentals of bikes, kayaks, paddle boards and other equipment is available. And don't forget the amazing views!
