The house easily accommodates 4 people but if you're a group of 5 or 6 it'll be a bit cozier.

The space includes 1 queen bed (with an incredible adjustable frame), 1 full bed, a comfy sofa, 1 queen air bed, 2 full bathrooms, a full kitchen with cooking supplies and stainless steel appliances, complimentary coffee + tea, dining area, indoor fireplace, 2 covered porches (perfect for deer watching) and plenty of outdoor space to unwind and connect with nature.

The living room and both bedrooms include mounted flat-screen smart TVs where you'll be able to access tons of entertainment apps through Wi-Fi.

Looking to work from home? The internet is fast, reliable and easy to connect to from anywhere on the property.

Looking to NOT work from home? Enjoy the brand new BBQ grill (complimentary charcoal while it lasts), outdoor seating area, fire pit and all of the board and card games you and the family can handle!

In terms of amenities, I've got you covered! You'll have access to small, yet important, things like: An iron, blow dryer, fresh towels, body wash, toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, and more.

Great Stay in The Texas Hill Country!

We had a great stay and Isaiah was a great host! The lake neighborhood was beautiful and we even caught the neighborhood Christmas parade and they threw the kids lots of candy! Short drive to Bandera or 30 minutes to San Antonio with all the shops and restaurants but you won’t to leave the hills. Great stay and highly recommend.

Very Nice!!!!!

We got there about an hour earlier than expected, Isiah was fine with that. Upon arrival to the cabin we greeted by the locals "deers". The property is everthing that was listed and expected.

Cute place. Too bad people on one side keep their place so trashy. Man that feeds deer next door is awesome. To see the deer so close was amazing! Would have been nice to have heat on when we arrived. Just going to say a few suggestions. A toaster, larger coffee pot, more coffee cups, better water pressure. Remove plastic padding on one bed. Leave instructions for upstairs tv clean downstairs shower better. Fun time had by all.

One day stay

Place was easy to book however floors and sofas were dirty. Upstairs Bathtub was clogged and water wouldn’t go down as something would come up. Downstairs shower smelled like sewer and floors had some kind of rust or limestone coming off, not safe for kids to shower. Mini split was leaking water as soon as we turned it on and there was no mop to clean the large puddle of water. Owner was advised.

John, Thank you again for bringing your concerns to my attention during your stay. The downstairs AC unit was repaired by a technician right after your check out, sometimes the Texas heat can cause the units to malfunction. Regarding the shower being backed up, I did have a plumber stop by and no issue was found with the drain system. However, I will keep a close eye on this. I have shared your feedback with my cleaning team and I hope that the refund that was issued to you makes up for any inconveniences that you may have experienced. Safe travels!

Love this house and neighborhood!

We loved our stay here! It was a girls’ weekend with my mom and daughter to visit family and we couldn’t have found a better place to stay! The house is wonderful with a classy Texas style decor and beautiful views of nature. Our host was quick to communicate and the info book he made for the house was perfect and informative. The neighborhood is awesome - lots of deer to entertain you! The downstairs is a nice sized open concept with large picture windows to watch the deer or the sunrise, with blinds and drapes for privacy, sliding doors that open to a porch. A really nice couch, beautiful dining room table and plenty of seating. The kitchen is nice, large counter space with seating, everything is new and clean, coffee pot, and plenty of kitchen essentials. The downstairs also has a nice bathroom with a spa-like shower plus a washer and dryer. Upstairs has two bedrooms (1 queen, 1 full) and full bathroom with bathtub. All the rooms have a closet, dresser, TV with Roku, ceiling fans and a ductless AC so you can set your own temperature. The main bedroom has the most comfortable bed with an adjustable base! Love the unique sinks in the bathrooms and tiles on the stairs! Outside in the back is a sitting area, fire pit and grill and plenty of parking space. We will stay here again when we visit family if it isn’t already booked! This is a lovely house with a great host…Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Very comfortable

Very clean and comfortable. It had all the basics that you need. We loved seeing the deer in the neighborhood. Was grateful for the adjustable bed.

Perfect home away from home

Everything about this place is great. The accommodations were perfect and the environment was very relaxing and enjoyable. We made friends with the deer that greeted us on the steps every morning for coffee. We will definitely be back!

I purchased this property because of how peaceful the area is and how modern and new it is. It's also very easy to reach San Antonio and the surrounding area fairly quickly.

The deer in the neighborhood are incredibly friendly and comfortable with human interaction. It's a unique experience to see deer every morning on the property and to be able to feed them and interact with them.
