Great property in an excellent location!

This was an excellent property for my group of 6. Location is just a stone throw from the beach and short walk to the shops. My kids enjoyed renting bikes for the week. Pool and hot tub were excellent and used daily. Highly recommend.

Great property

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back again. Plenty of room, nice kitchen and enjoyed the pool and grill. Would recommend the accomodations to anyone looking a great place.

Great location!

We have rented many properties on Hilton head and this by far had the best location. The property was very clean and suited our family of six adults and two children very well.

Perfect house for a getaway!

This four bedroom house sleeps so many people, has a great big gathering area, and is a perfect location near the beach. House had all the amenities we could ever want, was very clean, communication with the management company was excellent. Little welcome gifts were a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing Getaway

The house was perfect for our family (4 kids ages 9, 7, 4, & 2). The beach was a short walk from the property down a trail and not busy. The pool was perfect size and heated. The house was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our time from dishes to beach towels. Would definitely stay at this house again.

The Perfect Spot

The home was in a perfect location to the beach. Just a short 3-4 minute walk. The home was SUPER clean, and having the pool literally right off the living room/kitchen area made it so convenient to keep an eye on kids. We hope to come back soon!

Walking through the path to the beach feels like a tropical forest. The backyard is a nice oasis. Part of that includes quite a few small leaves that end up on the pool area and in the pool but they were cleaned up two times while we were there and weren’t much of a problem. The response from the host company was very quick with our questions.

Hands down the best experience I have ever had with a property management company on HHI. Everything was so well thought out with such detail...Beach towels, dish detergent, hand soap, fresh picked flowers, etc.. The heated pool was a huge plus for us! The house layout is perfect for kids and adults too! We had such a fantastic time & Hoast2Coast was very responsive to our questions. We will be back next year and are already excited to book again!

Excellent property but cleaning crew needs to step it up

We enjoyed this property a lot. We had EXCELLENT communication with our hosts. They were very attentive to our every need or concern. Couldn't have asked for better hosts. It was ideal for our "girl trip". We each had our own room. 3 full bathrooms. We're all in our 50's and are clean freaks. The only thing we noticed was the attention to detail by the cleaning company they use. Base boards, carpeted edges and behind beds, light fixtures, above mirrors were covered in dust. The bunk room I was in had an outlet I used behind bed that when I looked..it had crayons and a huge amount of dust stuck to carpet. I dropped something on the floor and it went under dresser. There was a tennis ball, random stuff plus lots of dust stuck to carpet under there. I believe they clean what the see but not under or behind stuff. The mirror frame in hall bathroom needed cleaned as well as the lights. The walls wiped from all the drip marks. We cleaned the light bulbs over dining table because they were so gross with thick film of dust. The walls in washer/dryer area were completely cover in dust. The cleaning crew arrived as we were leaving and I did mention to them. She sad it would be taken care of. I know it's a vacation rental but think maybe once a month they should do a deep clean so it doesn't get ahead of them. Other than the cleanliness we had an amazing stay.

July 4th Vaca - 4 Adults / 4 Kids

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great Vaca @ 6 Bayberry. The house was as advertised and the sample pictures are accurate. Overall, very nice rental and we would book here again! (I included some discrepancies at bottom). *Parking was good for 2 full size trucks and a Tahoe. Probably room for one more smaller car. *Pool was nice and well furnished. *Inside house was nice, clean, and spacious enough for our group of 8, and the bedroom w two twins didn’t even get used. *Kitchen was well equipped. Large table in dining area was great. *BdRms were nice and beds were comfortable.*Plenty of orange Host2Coast pool towels were provided along with normal bath towels. *There were latches high up on the sliding doors. Great feature to keep the small children from opening those doors. *Walk to beach is quick and easy w/ no roads to cross. 3 min walk unless you’re to one pulling the infamous Beach Wagon across the soft sand. Lol.Minor Issues : *Thin loose rug in liv room is a major trip hazard. We had to roll it up. *Leaves are piled on back roof and constantly fall onto pool deck and pool. Need to be raked off roof often. *The main bed/bath area (king,twins,bunks) did not cool as well as rest of house. There were box fans provided (and used) in those Bdrms, which means the issue is known, and could be corrected. (Rear king BdRm was ok) The outside AC unit is packed in w/ the garb cans and surrounded by fence. Needs airflow to work right. Info given states it will only cool to 20 degrees less than outside temp. Not true for a properly sized and working sys. The HVAC should work properly (without box fans) in a $7000 week rental!! Overall: (aside from the AC issue which we overcame and had a great time), house was nice, pool was nice, location was great. I would certainly consider staying here again, but would like to see the add say something about updates to AC. Hope this helped my fellow renters.Last....Host2Coast was great. Will book directly next time. Won&

Kitchen was updated which was very nice. Bathrooms are suitable & clean, though updates to them would really make this house stand out! Property was taken care of & management company was prompt on addressing minor things that didn’t need dealt with while we were still there. (Toilet handle kept falling off, but we managed). Loved the location & home felt large enough for our 7 but not so big that we’d loose each other!
