You'll ski, snowboard, hike, and mountain bike to your heart's content at this five-bedroom EagleRidge townhome, a spacious, multi-level escape that sits within easy walking distance of the gondola at Steamboat Ski Resort. This home is full of comfort and small conveniences, from the gas fireplace encased in stone to the private washer/dryer and the top-floor office to make your stay all the easier. Spend summer afternoons grilling outside on the deck, winter evenings watching movies and playing board games around the coffee table in the living room, and most of the year enjoying a host of community amenities, including a heated swimming pool, hot tubs, a firepit, a gym, a steam room, and massage services. At night, choose from one of the five comfortable bedrooms for a restful night's sleep - two bedrooms with a king-size bed apiece, a third with a queen bed, a fourth with two sets of twin-size bunk beds, and a fifth with a twin day bed.

In the winter, you'll have 18 ski lifts, 169 trails, and 2,965 acres of skiable terrain at your fingertips, including the gladed areas of Pioneer Ridge and Sunshine and Storm Peaks. Use the winter shuttle to reach the slopes or a variety of shopping, dining, and nightlife, or walk to Village Drive to find Iron Waffle and Coffee Co., the wonderful neighborhood store WildPlum, and Steamboat BrauHaus. When the summer sun is shining, you can take strolls through the Yampa River Botanic Park (two miles northwest) or ride your bike along the famous Yampa River Core Trail, a 7.5-mile, paved path that runs through the heart of Steamboat Springs. Downtown, which is home to the Old Town Hot Springs and fantastic restaurants, is three miles north. You'll also be five miles south of Fish Creek Falls, 10 miles south of Strawberry Park Hot Springs, and 30 miles south of Steamboat Lake State Park.
