You'll be among the first on the slopes each morning, thanks to a private washer/dryer that can refresh your gear overnight, a full kitchen with all the necessary appliances for preparing hearty homemade breakfasts, and free WiFi to help you stay on top of the latest mountain conditions. Come home from an incredible day of skiing or mountain biking to watch a favorite movie or show on the TV and DVD player, or take advantage of the community's heated pool, hot tubs, firepit, fitness center, steam room, massage services, and winter shuttle to connect you to Steamboat's countless attractions. This unit is equipped with air conditioning so you can stay comfortable while you relax after a day of adventure!

This condo is part of the EagleRidge Lodge in Steamboat Springs, a complex that's ideally positioned just a quarter-mile stroll from the gondola at Steamboat Ski Resort. In the winter months, the resort offers 18 ski lifts, 169 trails, and 2,965 acres of skiable terrain, highlighted by the gladed areas of Pioneer Ridge and Sunshine and Storm Peaks. Come summertime, you can easily go mountain biking or hiking, take strolls through the Yampa River Botanic Park (two miles northwest), or ride your bike along the famous Yampa River Core Trail, a 7.5-mile paved path that runs through the heart of Steamboat Springs. Downtown Steamboat Springs is home to the Old Town Hot Springs and wonderful restaurants. You'll also be five miles south of Fish Creek Falls, 10 miles south of Strawberry Park Hot Springs, and 30 miles south of Steamboat Lake State Park.

THINGS TO KNOW
A twin-size sofabed provides an extra sleeping space.
The pool and hot tub facilities will be closed from mid-April to Memorial Day, and from October to the week of Thanksgiving.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
