It was a good lay out... it was a great location quick to the mountain and quick to downtown ... pool and hot tub were easy to get to.

This unit was perfect for what we needed on our ski vacation. The unit was clean and comfortable. It was very close to the ski mountain and have a hot tub to use at the end of the day was great! We received very detailed instructions on everything we needed during our stay. Would highly recommend.

Central location, great value

Great, central location with everything we needed. Just right for walking to the lifts and enjoying local ski area amenities. Very quiet and comfortable.

Great place to stay. Comfortable. Could have been a little cleaner but overall great experience.

Though cleanliness issues are very rare at our properties, would have happily asked the housekeeper to swing by and correct any sort of cleanliness issues had this guest contacted us during their stay. Guests are always encouraged to call us if they're experiencing issues; we have a convenient guest services phone number that's given to all of our guests.

Great location

In Steamboat for a wedding, easy walk to the gondola for the ride up to the ceremony. Close to several good restaurants, Speckled Pig and Wild Plum.

Cute little condo

This was a great place to stay in the Steamboat area. Walking distance to the mountain and the cutest little grocery store on the way (Wild Plum)!

Great communication with host, answered all our questions promptly before booking and our arrival. Also, checked-in during our stay. Family of 5 really enjoyed our stay. Especially liked the round dining table to eat together and play games in the evening. Less than 5 minute walk to base of mountain, close to food options and ice cream! The pool and hot tub were close to the unit as well. Kitchen well stocked for cooking own meals, plenty of linens and towels. Only recommendation would be to add pool towels. Washer and dryer in unit great bonus. Box fans were nice as unit does not have a/c (which was known) during the heat wave of our visit. Good supply of “start-up” products available.

Great place, clean, a bit further from town than we thought but we had a rental car, so it wasn’t a problem

It should be clarified that this property is in town. The complex is on the mountain, and is close to the resort and convenient to many of the activities and businesses. Downtown is a short 5-10 minute drive. The property has a private shuttle in the winter and is also close to a free bus stop.

Well the condo we stayed in does not match the photos. The place we stayed in was much nicer so here is my review of that place: We had a fantastic stay. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped, everything you need for a home cooked meal. Both the kitchen and bathrooms are newly renovated, and the fireplace added a nice touch. The reclining couches were super comfy, and having the garage and bus stop so close was really convenient. Overall, a cozy, well located spot that made our trip easy and enjoyable.

Owner was extremely communicative and helpful. Provided many helpful suggestions about the area and the mountain. Property was very clean and pleasant. Location is close to mountain. Walkable or convenient shuttle ride. Would definitely rent again.

Steamboat

The condo is cozy and clean! Its in a convenient location. The owner Judd gave me a call before our trip and he ws auper friendly, he gave me so info on places to go and a few restaurants. Overall we had a nice memorial day weekend in Steamboat Springs!

All great, location is perfect

Everything was great and exceeded expectations. BTW, when walking to the gondola, there's a nice shortcut through the middle of the block that cuts the walk time in half to 5 minutes! Very convenient.

Pleasant stay

Nice community-close to skiing, Gas fireplace, comfortable beds and shuttle pick up were the major pluses for this condo. Some minor details were addressed with property manager such as lack of coffee filters, a few plumbing issues and difficulty with keyless entry at times. Overall a nice stay!!!

This owner cares about the guest experience and has put a lot of effort into ensuring guests are comfortable during their stay. This guest's issues were quickly addressed when he contacted us. The keyless entry is a touchscreen and can be a bit unintuitive; we do have easy backup options for entry if guests are experiencing issues.

Great stay close to mountain

Clean, comfortable, quiet condo exactly as described. A quick 2 minute drive or 7 minute walk from the gondola base. Owner was kind enough to call prior to our trip to give us tips about the area which were useful. Had one small hiccup upon check-in and the property manager answered the phone right away and solved the problem in under a minute. Would definitely stay again.

Mountain getaway

Love that our bed had a pillow top pad that made it so comfy! That kind of little extra makes a huge difference in how you sleep. Check in was easy, explained over the phone by host. Thanks so much!

Enjoyable Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at the Terraces at Eagle Ridge. They staff there are very friendly and helpful. We were here in July,and loved the walking trails next to the creek and viewing the beautiful gardens along the trail. Had fun at the swimming pool after our daily excursions. The unit is close to town and on the free bus loop. Liked sitting on the patio in the evenings. Plan to come back!

Close to ski area

Condo is in a good location. The private shuttle is great going to and from the ski area. We didn’t use the city bus. Looking out the windows it’s more of a garden level but it worked great for us. Supplied well enough for our needs.

Steamboat Springs vacation

This is a very nice condo and we enjoyed it very much. It is well located for easy walks to Gondola and other commercial areas. Great kitchen. big comfy furniture, 3 tvs, fireplace, two large bathrooms with good showers. Gym downstairs. Nice pool area and lovely stream behind building that winds throughout condo area.

Great Quaint Property

Overall, this was a great place for a quiet getaway. The pool/hot tub area was small but refreshing. The unit is on the ground floor, so it was palatable to not have AC during the summer. Fans were provided and they assisted on creating a cooler temp, as desired. I would recommend this place to a small family!

Ski trip.

Overall good property only problem was the fireplace, it only worked when it wanted to.It may need a new switch. Perfect for 3 guys on a ski trip for a week. Small but cozy.
