Family Friendly - Beach Side/Ocean View - 4 min walk to the beach!

Welcome to Beach Blessing, your home away from home! Are you looking to relax, spend some much-needed quality time with the family, or changing your scenery for virtual learning and working from home? Then you've come to the right place!

Beach Blessing is a cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with beach views from every south-facing angle and only 400 meters (walk) from the beach (no need to cross the San Luis Pass). We're located in Galveston, Texas in Palm Beach. Palm Beach is a small, quiet neighborhood, with various beach access points. It's really a treat!

Beach Blessing offers a spacious deck off the main entrance as well as a private deck off the home's primary bedroom. Both decks are perfect places to lounge, tan, enjoy the view with a cup of coffee in the morning, or take in the breeze with a glass of wine in the evening. Speaking of coffee, you'll definitely enjoy the coffee bar located in the hallway; it's filled with an array of coffees, teas, and books for your enjoyment.

The home sleeps 8 people (though there is an additional charge for groups over 6 people) with a queen bed in the primary bedroom (with new luxury walk in shower), twin over twin bunk bed and full bed in the second bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

In the kitchen/dining area you will find a counter-height dining table, which doubles as an island for good cooking, a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and toaster. All necessary pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and select spices are provided. Just bring food and a big appetite.

The living room features a large sofa, perfect for deep-couch-sitting, and a coffee table which holds the linens for the queen sleeper and extra blankets. You can also enjoy movies via streaming services and games which can be found in the tv stand. Don't forget to catch a glimpse of the view out the windows--it gets us every time.

Finally, we have a stacked washer/dryer for your convenience to wash clothes, swimsuits, or beach towels (which we provide).

Did we mention that we're just a quick walk to the beach? That's right--in less than 5 minutes your toes will be in the sand and a frisbee or volleyball can be whizzing through the air. After a fun day at the beach, come back to Beach Blessing and enjoy some time on the patio. The downstairs is wide-open and has a picnic table where you can lounge, eat, or play games. There's no limit to the activities you can enjoy.

Additionally, our home is a short distance from Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn, fishing, miniature golf, and the movies. The possibilities are endless at Beach Blessing.
