Modern and open floor plan. This 2 bedroom 2 bath with outdoor shower and dressing room accommodates a small family , small group or a couple .
Lots of deck space upstairs and downstairs, large yard.Covered parking for 2 cars also street parking . Moments to a beautiful and secluded beach, no vehicles allowed. The bay is also a few blocks away where you can drop a boat in. Restaurants and nightlife are close by.Just pack your bathing suit , beach towels are included.
Smart TV's, internet, cable.
Outdoor shower.

The house had everything we needed. It was in a great location and very peaceful. Easy walk to the beach and the gated deck was perfect for having our dog outside to “people and dog watch“. Perfect location if you’re looking for a relaxing place away from the typical tourist traps. We will definitely be back!

Everything was amazing. We go to Galveston every year and the whole family agreed this was 100% the best place we have stayed by far. Easy access to the beach. In a place that’s not too crowded, and the place was nice.

Galveston getaway

The house was clean and just a short walk to the beach. The downstairs shower area was great after playing on the beach, and we were sure appreciative of all the beach items (boogie boards, wagon, chairs, umbrella, etc). We were somewhat disappointed that the grill mentioned was a small George Foreman and we couldn’t even use it outside on the upper deck because none of the outlets would work for us. We also had some issues with the dish washer, but not a big deal. Otherwise the house came stocked with pretty much all basic necessities to cook/shower/clean with. Check-in was easy enough with clear directions. We loved the location and the cleanliness of the beach as well. The drive to all of the main Galveston attractions was reasonable.

We had a great week staying here, before we even arrived, we recieved a message saying the house was ready a few hours early, we had a few questions and the owner answered immediately. The house is in a quiet little neighborhood that is great for morning and evening walks. There was a wagon to use to take things down to the beach. House came fully stocked with everything you would need to cook, just bring your food and drink. The house was perfectly clean and everything was in great shape. We would definitely stay here again.

Really nice house!

We just returned from a 3 night stay with our grandchildren. The house accommodated us perfectly. The king size bed in the master was comfy. The kids utilized the bunk beds in the second bedroom, along with the sofa bed and the rollaway bed, so we took advantage of all the bed options! Everyone slept comfortably. The house is well stocked. We cooked and ate every meal in the house. The downstairs outside shower was well used. In fact, the kids never once took a bath or shower upstairs. As we left the beach every morning and evening, we ran them through the outside shower, then sent them up wrapped in a towel to get dressed. The beach was a short walk and never crowded. The home owner was great with communication and check in/check out was a simple process. We will definitely try to book this house again next time we feel brave and energetic enough to take 4 kiddos on a beach vacation. We all had a fantastic time!

Perfect stay for a long weekend at the beach

Wonderful home just a short walk to the beach. The weather was perfect, the house was tidy and fully stocked. Had a wonderful time and can’t wait to visit again!

Fantastic Week at Captain's Quarters

My wife and I had another fantastic stay @ Captain's Quarters only a few steps away from Palm Beach. Everything at the house was ideal and as always; a clean, well-stocked, and fabulous vacation home. Great October weather made for a perfect experience!

Great Weekend Retreat

Just stayed here for the weekend and had a great weekend. The home was very clean and had all the amenities we needed to enjoy ourselves. The location is outstanding as it is very close to the beach and didn't require us to walk across any major roads. This was very helpful since we had two of our grandsons with us. We will visit again!

Wonderful house

We’ve rented several properties over the years and this one has to be the best. The house was clean and well stocked with kitchen stuff so you can make your meals. The house is just seven houses away from the beach; which is an easy walk. The beach itself is nice. It wasn’t crowded and no cars are allowed on the beach. The water was warm and the waves are minimal; perfect for swimming with kids.

Absolutely Awesome House

We loved our stay in Galveston! The house was very clean and the check in process was incredibly easy. The beach was so close! The house was properly stocked and the entertainment options were great when the weather wasn’t cooperating. My family loved the stay and would highly recommend the property!

We live off the Island but close.We renovated this home in 2012. We love to visit Galveston often and take advantage of all it has to offer through out the year. We consider this our home away from home.

We love the Palm Beach neighborhood. It is a small community. The beach is awesome here. There is no car or golf cart traffic on the beach. Limited parking makes this community quiet and rarely crowded. Friendly people everywhere!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Our house is very comfortable and spacious. The beds are very comfortable. If you want to get out of the sun , you can cool off downstairs. A nice breeze flows through and there is good seating and a swing. A downstairs rain shower/ with hot and cold water is very relaxing. Also a private dressing room and toilet. No need to bring the sand inside.
