Summary:
Your amazing stay near Mandalay will put you steps away from fun and play! The Lofts on Baymont Street are in the very heart of Clearwater Beach, one block from the main thoroughfare and the Sand Pearl entrance to the beach. Walk down the stairs from your expansive and stylish 1 bedroom loft and you are welcomed by a neighborhood of exciting hot spots, delicious food, and vacationer’s conveniences! The Lofts on Baymont, a destination location in Clearwater Beach, welcomes you!

The Space:
Although the security camera is installed at the front door overlooking the walkway, it is not operational, so there is no active surveillance coverage.

Check in is 3:00pm and check out is 10:00am

-Lofts are located above popular shops and a restaurant that closes after lunch

-Rooms are sufficiently supplied with kitchen small appliances and utensils, plates and cups, drip coffee maker with coffee and filters, dish towel, shower essentials, broom and mop

-Assigned parking spaces are located on the end of the building, on East Shore Dr. at the intersection of Baymont Street. Metal placards are posted noting the Space number which matches the unit number

-Towels and bed linens are provided. The housekeeping policy is to replace these items only between guest departure and arrival

-Laundry service business located on ground level

-Beach chairs, cabanas, and sun umbrellas are available to rent at the beach. Occupy any that are not in use. Someone representing the rental service will stop by to collect the fee. Beach Supply Rental company drops off and picks up.

-Enjoy access to the newly completed pool located bayside at 617 Bay Esplanade, just a short walk away.

Lovely Loft C has a living/dining room, tv space, and queen sleeper sofa adjacent to a kitchen on the right as you enter. The bathroom is straight ahead to the back and the bedroom with a king size bed, tv, closet and chest of drawers is on the back left

Getting Around:
This spot is walkable to basically all of Clearwater Beach. There is a trolley that covers entire area as well.

Other Things to Note:
-Check in is 3:00pm and check out is 10:00am

Nice little hideout

Wonderful location, on a quiet street above some shops. The balcony is shared with the other units. And there are a flight of stairs to get to them. But overall it’s a great deal if you want to be near the beach and not have any hassle. The parking spot alone is worth the price.

Centrally located & well equipped in Clearwater Beach

The Baymont Loft provided a comfortable & convenient home base for our annual trip to Phillies Spring Training. The loft was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed & more. We used the kitchen to make coffee & reheat restaurant leftovers but we could have hosted a dinner party for 6 people. No need for a car, we walked or used the free trolleys to go everywhere. Extras like beach towels,chairs, umbrella, & cooler made beach days effortless. Would absolutely book again.

Location location location

This place was perfect! View and easy walk to bay and beach 🏝️ yummy breakfast & lunch bakery just below. Easy parking.4 Beach chairs provided. Multiple places to eat and shop in walking distance. So convenient to it all! AC worked wonderfully! Brita filter-genius. Only suggestion would be to add more lighting. IDEAL! Great stay-would definitely return😁

Great spot

We thought this was a great location, easy walking distance to the beach and to restaurants. Includes a full kitchen and laundry available down the hall. Everything was very clean and well stocked with supplies. Quiet and had blackout curtains in the bedroom. Overall great experience.

Week getaway with the hubs

The location and cleanliness of the apartment was wonderful. Bring a comfortable pair of shoes for the convenience of walking to shops, dining or the beautiful beach! I enjoyed this week spent with my husband relaxing and taking in the sunshine and Clearwater life. The price was very comparable to surrounding hotels and other places.

Perfect Vacation Spot

We really enjoyed our week in Clearwater and this place was perfect. As advertised, 5 minute walk to beach. Close to highways for access to day travel and play golf. We look forward to coming back soon.

Perfect Location

The location was great within walking distance of 3 Frenchy's restaurants not to mention many others and the beach access. Having the beach chairs and towels available in the unit was greatly appreciated. There was also ample other towels in the unit and a washer/dryer on the floor for guests to use. They were very responsive via email and instructions for check in came promptly at noon. Would recommend for anyone wanting to stay on the north end of town where it isn't a bunch of huge hotels lining the streets.

Fantastic experience, in addition to all the amenities listed, we found the room to include more beach amenities, which was a plus!! Kimberly responded very quickly to all messages. Location was a big bonus…able to walk to food, shopping, quick access to beach, and nightlife activities! We would definitely stay here again!

Great accommodation in Clearwater Beach

This is a wonderful condo with parking and walking distance to the best of Clearwater Beach. Plenty of room for 2 people with sofabed for additional 2. Kim is an awesome responsive host and a pleasure to work with.
