And with decks on both the beach and bay sides, you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets year round! The 60ft screened porch on the ocean is also ideal for porpoise watching while sipping your morning coffee. We also have a 300 ft. Dock for fishing and crabbing. We have four crab pots to use.
With 2 fully stocked kitchens, the house is furnished to host larger groups and families vacationing together. Being ground level with few stairs, this house is also ideal for elderly or families with children.
If you're here for some of the best fishing , you'll be excited to hear the house is located only 0.5 miles away from the Alligator Point Marina & Tiki Hut. The house is also equipped with a convenient fish washing station to clean your fish before throwing them on the grill for dinner!
