At just under 1,700 square feet, the space is cozy but well laid out for families or small groups looking to reconnect and unwind.
The home is thoughtfully updated where it counts, with high-speed internet, TVs in every bedroom, a screened porch for catching the breeze, and practical touches like a fish-cleaning sink and an outdoor shower.
