If you’re looking for a quiet area to soak in panoramic ocean vistas from the comfort of your living room, master suite, or enormous deck, this home is for you. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms at over 2,000 square feet, there is plenty of room to spread out, relax, and soak up the sun. Residential elevator can help you go to and front the carport to the main level.
Step outside to your private outdoor oasis, where you can unwind with a sunset cocktail or let the kids play in the sand.
This home is being professionally managed by Rent with Integrity Property Management, and we are located at 2851 Crawfordville Highway in Crawfordville, Florida . We will provide you with a number to call after hours if a need arises. We ask all of our guests to complete a pre-arrival form and sign a rental contract after booking. You will be sent a link to complete each of these quick items after booking.
Your booking cost will include a Waivo® Damage Waiver in lieu of a security deposit.
A great spot to view the ocean and see our spectacular Florida Panhandle sunsets! The fishing on the beach two houses down is great and in the cooler months you can catch mullet or shrimp by the pound cast netting! If you decide to surf fish, the local catch includes red fish, sea trout, Spanish mackerel, flounder - just to name a few!
There is a lockbox on front door, which is to the left of the front door on a post. Code will be provided 24 hours before check-in.
The home is located on Alligator Point on Florida's Forgotten Coast where the fishing is fabulous and wildlife is abundant. There is a bike trail on Alligator Drive a few houses down from the home for your biking enjoyment, and the area is full of opportunities for adventure, from kayaking, boating, canoeing, and fishing to enjoying the calm and perfectly peaceful setting that this area of beach has to offer!
This 3 BR/2 BA home is located on one floor, with elevator access to the main floor from the carport. This is the perfect home for a family vacation and a nice retreat to get away from it all! The large kitchen is perfect for family meals and comes equipped with plenty of pots, pans, and appliances like an icemaker, toaster oven, blender, and dual drip/Keurig coffee pot. Doors from the living area and master suite open to a large screen porch to enjoy the oceanfront environment and sea breeze while in the home. An additional freezer in the laundry room can be changed to a refrigerator by adjusting the temperature, so use it for whichever you need while you stay.
Master bedroom has a king bed and other two bedrooms have queen beds. Hall bath has a tub and enclosed glass shower. Master suite has a large walk-in shower and is great for those who do not wish to step over a tub.
Screened back porch with dining area and view of the gulf. Propane grill on back porch and fire pit with chairs in the backyard.
Alligator Point is a remote area and public transportation is not available. However, there are several businesses who deliver golf carts, and it is a great area to drive around in a golf cart.
Please no smoking.
Dogs allowed with prior approval and paid pet fee.
