In the beach sand, our home borders on Silver Lake and offers gorgeous views of the Atlantic Ocean. Let the kids play in the sand right off the deck, walk to either Dewey Beach or Rehoboth Beach attractions, and watch the sunset over Silver Lake from the deck or three porches. Water, water everywhere! If you can't see water, why stay at the beach? You deserve it!

The main level is home to the dining room, powder room (1/2 bath), open kitchen, living room, and enclosed porch leading to a deck. An open floor plan means plenty of light. The kitchen is well-equipped, and was updated in 2015 with new granite counters, and all new kitchen appliances in 2019. The living room has full Italian leather chairs-and-a-half, Ultrasuede couch and a 55" Smart HDTV. Expanded HD Comcast cable and high-speed internet service means you can enjoy many more HD and regular channels.

The second floor is home to the master bedroom (king bed) with enclosed patio (sunset views over Silver Lake) and a second bedroom with two Pottery Barn trundle boat beds (four twin beds), a bathroom in the hallway, and a stacking washer/dryer closet.

The third floor has a king bedroom, full hall bath, as well as a den (twin day bed with twin trundle). Porches on either sides of the home features water views for sunrise and sunset watchers.

All beds feature high-density memory foam mattresses, that are naturally anti-microbial and extremely comfortable.

Residents and renters have two reserved parking spaces, additional parking available in the community parking lot.

Please note that bed linens, towels, paper products, soap products, and trash bags are not included. Guests must bring their own, or arrange for linen rentals from a local vendor.

NO pets, emotional support animals, or young (<25) groups allowed. Service animals specific trained to aid a disabled person ARE permitted and require documentation in advance.
