Inside, the open living and dining areas feature rustic wood floors and stylish coastal décor, creating a warm, inviting atmosphere. The primary bedroom offers a king bed and updated full bath with elegant finishes, while the two additional bedrooms provide comfortable sleeping options with a king, queen, and twin bed, sleeping up to seven guests. Damage Waiver Information
Your reservation includes a nightly Damage Waiver fee (plus tax, if applicable), which covers accidental damage to the property or its contents—such as furniture, appliances, or fixtures—up to $3,000, as long as the incident is reported to the host before checkout. This fee replaces a traditional security deposit and offers additional peace of mind during your stay. Guests can choose to opt out of the Damage Waiver and instead provide a refundable security deposit if they prefer.
