Very quiet neighborhood, the pool felt private, we were only one there most of time. Great shopping minutes away. Getting to beach was a little challenging, lots of traffic and very crowded.

Review of property in Estero Florida

The entire process of booking this this rental was easy and completed in a very timely. The house was exactly as advertized. The property was everything we could have wanted. From the first contact to rent the property until the day we departed the communications with Dave was great. house was well maintained and very clean. It was stocked with any supplies we would ever need. We highly recommend this property and Dave.

The perfect retreat!

We were displaced by hurricane Ian and needed a place to stay. We found this property and the location looked good. And then, the minute we walked in, I fell in love with the property! The location is centrally located, easy to find, and beautiful! The house is decorated nicely, the bedrooms are large, the layout is open, and everything we needed was there. It was perfect. We worked on rebuilding our property all day, and to be able to come back to this home each night gave us the peace we needed. We lounged by the pool and walked the neighborhood. David was very attentive and always in touch. We felt very taken care of. I highly recommend this property. It felt like home! Perfect for couples and families. I would gladly stay again and again.

Perfect location and setup for me

The home is located in a quite gated community with access to every thing that Naples, Bonita Springs, and Estero has to offer. It's a short drive to the beach and has an excellent community pool with the grandkids loved. Home is well equipped and the owner was very responsive to any questions I did have. All in all, it was a great stay.

Home Away from Home

David’s home in SW Florida is beautiful and comes with all the comforts of home! The neighborhood is probably the best kept secret in Estero and was perfect for our three kids to safely play outside! The property is conveniently located near many amenities, such as Target, Publix, Starbucks, the Estero Community Center and more! If we ever have 30 days to spend in South Florida again, this is house we will book!

Colonial Walk

We rented the house for 6 weeks while our new home was in the closing process. The property is very nice, great neighborhood, family oriented in the heart of Estero. Close to all the shopping and restaurants, parks etc. Communication with the owner was great, easy to do business. Inside is updated and very clean and nice. We would recommend at the highest level this rental to anyone we know
