Lease restricted to single family use. HOA application and background check required. These applications are due 30 days prior to check-in. These fees are NOT included within the quoted rates when booking and are non-refundable.
The current application fees for the Manors at Fountain Lakes are $100 application fee and $50 per person background check fee. Fees are paid directly to the HOA.
