The perfect family vacation home! Get your Latitude Adjustment at the beach!

"Latitude Adjustment" is the perfect family friendly beach home. This home offers everything you need for your Florida getaway. The house has 6 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, sleeps and dines 16 guests, and is 2 blocks away from the Gulf of Mexico. A large circular driveway allows for plenty of parking and easy access to the house. The first floor has a wrapped porch that is perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning, or an ice cold drink in the afternoon. Guests can choose from 1 King bed, 3 Queens, and 4 Twins for their sleeping arrangements. The Master bathroom has access to a private balcony and features a spa grade, whirlpool bathtub. The spacious kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, and utensils for the chef in your group. Looking to rent during the Blue Angels Airshow? Look no further. This house is in the middle of the Blue Angels flight pattern and you can watch the planes bank from the balcony.

***E-Bike rentals are available for $150 per bike for 1 week. Or 4 Bikes for $500/week***

We offer a 3 to a 4-night minimum stay except from May 30,2026 until August 8, 2026, which is a 7-night minimum stay, Saturday to Saturday only. Some exceptions are made based on availability.


*Minimum rental age 25. Renter must occupy property for full term of their stay.
**Reservation holder and card holder must be the same person. For security purposes, we cannot accept payments from individuals other than the reservation holder.

Perfect location, plenty of parking, lots of space! No complaints, but would suggest a few upgrades: new mattress in the master bedroom and a new sleeper sofa in the lower bedroom (both have seen better days). Lower bedroom was pretty musty as well? Could use a constant dehumidification unit. Maybe install keypad for front door as well since keeping up with 2 keys with 15 people was a bit of a hassle. Overall, you can’t beat the location and the short walk to the beach!! Would definitely stay again.

Our stay was fantastic. The rental was only a five-minute walk to the beach, where we enjoyed the soft white sand and incredible sunrises and sunsets. The house was spotless, spacious, and perfectly sized for the price. We had one minor issue with the door locks, but the host responded right away and fixed it quickly. We’ll absolutely book with this rental company again next year when we bring our family down.

Overall a very nice, well maintained property. While traffic on Via De Luna can be noisy during the day while sitting on the balcony, the inside is well insulated from all but the noisiest of vehicles. Access to the beach is very good and within a 5 minute walk from the property.

Myself and my boyfriend were flying in earlier than the rest of the family. I inquired about being able to leave luggage so that we could hit the beach for the day. Noell called back immediately and said, absolutely! Leave your luggage and go have fun! They greeted us when we arrived and had a secure place to store our belongings while we enjoyed the day. They called when the house was ready. Great location, huge, clean house. Quick and easy beach access. The free trolley stops were very close for evening convenience. Highly recommend!

My family stayed here for my son's graduation from UWF, and we could not have been happier. Check in was easy, the house was very clean, the beds were super comfortable, and the location was PERFECT! The kitchen was well stocked, and we had an amazing stay. Will definitely book again in the future.

Mattress are Very worn!! Master shower cheaply made.Mold in lowest level bedroom.Details to address on kitchen equipment. This is where all utensils go to die. Pots and pans All made with Teflon.

Great Staycation!

We're from Pensacola, but wanted to spend a few days at the beach for a late summer "staycation." The house was beautiful, functional, comfortable and BIG! We had friends and family in and out all week so the large driveway/carport area was perfect. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and the A/C was great! :-) A few steps to the beach and an easy ride to great restaurants. We had a wonderful time!!!

Wonderful vacation home

We spent a week at this property and ended with seeing the blue Angels practice show on Friday, July 12. Can’t say enough about the location and the size of the house. We were very comfortable with our party of 13 adults and one child. Definitely would recommend it. Check in and check out for super simple and everything worked perfectly. Thank you for the great stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Three generations of our family enjoyed this beach house. Everything was as advertised and Noelle at the office was such a pleasure to work with. She made everything perfect from a reservation standpoint. The layout was perfect and the house is truly well built...even 6 kids under 7 having lots of fun did not wake us up. The only drawback was the street noise but I had read this is previous reviews so I was prepared for it. The walk to the beach was only 0.10 miles and it was like never very crowded. We love Pensacola and will definitely be back!
