Let the shared hot tubs soothe your soul after a day of shopping or skiing on the nearby slopes. The large cable TV is a great way to decompress while munching on some delicious snacks prepared in the full kitchen. Why not challenge the kids to a game of Ping-Pong or Pac-Man in the community game room? Additionally, the shared fitness center is the perfect place for an early morning workout while listening to a playlist downloaded via the free WiFi.

Near your stay, you'll be just blocks away from the heart of downtown Breckenridge with its shops, restaurants, and family-friendly activities. You'll also be close to all kinds of outdoor activities like hiking, fishing, snowshoeing, and swimming. Head over to Carter Park and Pavilion for hiking trails, downhill sledding, baseball diamonds, tennis courts, a playground, and a sand volleyball court. Walk the 20-mile path of the Pacific Railroad when you plan a day at Boreas Pass Road, 11 miles away. The Blair Witch Trailhead is less than seven miles away with wildlife and beautiful views for nature lovers.

The steam rooms, lift ticket office, Charter Sports (equipment rentals), and the Spa of Breckenridge are located on the first floor of BlueSky.
Amenities include an on-site ski lift ticket office, Charter Sports Ski and Snowboard Rentals, and the CU Tavern.
Complimentary shuttle service runs to the limit of downtown Breckenridge. Hours will vary, depending on the season. Downtown Breckenridge is a 10-minute walk away.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Perfect all around!

Beautiful home. Spacious and has all the key comforts. (However, the pillows were pretty awful)Loved everything about the resort. Excellent spa and ski in/out. Added bonus is the resort shuttle that will take and pick you up from anywhere in town. The heated pool and arcade was a big hit with the kids too. Hope we get the chance to visit again!

Lovely condo at Blue Sky

Loved the cozy, comfortable condo. Lots of space for everyone and room to spread out. Big enough table and kitchen to cook and eat in as a family. Great access to the ski slopes and easy shuttle service to town. Wonderful place to spend time and get away. Excellent staff. We will be back!!!

Great location

Family ski trip

Our family stayed at this property for a ski trip and it was wonderful! The amenities were perfect, the condo set up perfectly and it offered everything we could possibly need. We can’t wait to stay again!

Family ski trip

Our stay was amazing! It was everything we wanted and more! An abundance of space for my adult children, their spouses and my grand children! Very homey and comfortable - thank you for sharing !!

Great Place

Great location and layout. The only thing that I would change is charging for the Game room. You are paying a lot of money to stay here and don't need to nickel and dime for some arcade games.

Best stay in breck yet!

We truly enjoyed our time in the blue sky property! Close proximity, clean amenities, and plenty of space. The only negative were the key cards that gave us access to the garage, pool, and our rooms. They de-magnetized very easily and we had to make several trips to the front desk due to this issue. Other than that, it was the perfect stay. Would recommend to friends and family and would stay here again for sure.

Wow! What a place!

Super clean, bigger than the pictures made it seem. The pool and hot tubs were great, and the location could not be better. Perfect place for a big family stay.

Not luxury. A mismanaged experience.

Let’s start with the positives. Bluesky breck has really a great location. At the bottom of approx 20 stairs from the snowflake lift, it is super conveniently located. It is very easy to get to town either by walking or hopping in the car. Our kids (ages 11 and 10) loved the arcade/kids room, and when all of the 3 hot tubs were open, they loved those. Staff were responsive and helpful when we called to complain about the Wi-Fi. I read another review that said it was very spotty, but by the time we arrived, it was completely dead. Alex worked hard to troubleshoot it and get it working, but it wasn’t functional for the first 3 days. Kitchen was well appointed with utensils and cups but only salt and pepper available for cooking. Buy coffee. Fireplaces all worked well. The boot room was a nice amenity and the in-house Christy sports team was super helpful with renting or gear issues. Now the negatives. When you’re paying as much as was charged for a condo, you expect that the floor will be vacuumed, and that prior guests trash/clothes will be taken. You expect clean. We angled an armchair so we could all watch a movie together at night and underneath was dust and bits of food. My husband lost a glove liner, and while looking under the bed, we found baby gloves (we don’t have a baby) and food wrappers. His nightstand drawer was stuffed with the gloves and socks of prior guests. Ew. The kids bunk room was the same. Used tissues and bottles under their bed and tucked by the side. Not our hair in the shower. Because this is billed as a high-end lodging option, guests shouldn’t have to hunt down toilet paper like it’s a campsite. Stock the condo with more toilet paper! Don’t make guests go down to the lobby for more rations. Same with paper towel and trash bags. The beds were…ok. Master bedroom bed has a portion on the side that collapsed, and there was a height difference between the two sides. Not very comfy at all. Same for the other beds. Mediocre mattresses. The mantels (to be clear, we weren’t looking for sh*t to complain about, but when you put your hand warmers up there and have to look, it was obvious and gross) were covered in a thick layer of dust and sometimes crumbs. When you call to get a shuttle, be prepared to wait in the lobby. You cannot call down and say you’re heading down - they won’t call til your entire group is there, and then they will give you an ETA.

Perfect Breckenridge Stay

This is our fifth year staying at BlueSky for our families ski trip and the location is perfection. We love the convenience of renting our ski equipment downstairs (Highly recommend Charter Sports if you rent your skis and boots, so friendly and knowledgeable)and the lockers to drop equipment at the end of the day and just steps to the lift. The unit is spacious and clean. The three large hot tubs and heated pool at the end of the day are just icing on the cake. The front desk were helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

Accommodations were top notch. Ski rental in the basement soooo convenient with the ticket office and Snowflake lift a few steps from the door. All of the staff was super helpful and friendly. Beautiful view of the town and mountains.

We loved the property and location! The unit was beautiful and well equipped! The only exception was the beds and pillows were very uncomfortable…very firm and worn out! Nobody slept well in any of the beds.

Great week in Breck!

Great location, beautiful condo, amazing helpful front desk and staff, shuttle service.. fabulous!!! We had a fabulous week. Only thing….. I would double check your cleaning crew… we found a serrated knife AND a lighter in the kids bunk room! Knife in a drawer and lighter on the chair!!!! Not great!! Aside from those items it was a great spot.
