Steps to The Lift. Beautiful Home Private Hot Tub.

If you are looking for freshly updated end unit townhome has everything you need for a great vacation, look no further. The main level has a bright open kitchen, dining table, and living room with vaulted ceilings, a stone gas fireplace, and large 75'' TV. Three bedrooms and three full baths. Luxury down bedding and 2023 new pillow top medium firm beauty rest mattresses. Spacious deck include a private hot tub, gas grill, and outdoor dining area. Heated garage for one car, outside spot for 2nd vehicle. Trailers, campers and oversized vehicles are not allowed. Use of nearby heated pool and hot tubs is included. Short 3 minutes walk to Snowflake lift or free bus across the street.

The main level has a fully stocked gourmet kitchen with granite counters. Choice of Keurig or drip coffee maker. GE Cafe appliances with induction cooking. An open floor plan joins the kitchen to the dining area and to the living room with vaulted ceilings. Kick back and enjoy the gas fireplace or the large 75'' smart TV (live channels and Roku) from your cushy sofa or loveseat. A full bath is close by, along with a lovely bedroom with a king bed, 45'' TV, and deck access. The larger of two decks have a private hot tub, gas grill, and outdoor dining area. Breathe in some fresh mountain air from the peaceful smaller balcony.

Upper level is a captivating private retreat with vaulted ceilings, a sprawling king bed with luxurious down bedding, and an enormous ensuite bath. 55'' TV. Unwind in the large, jetted tub or spacious shower, and make yourself at home with the dual sink vanity. The huge walk-in closet is perfect for all your belongings. Dedicated workspace in the loft outside the bedroom ads to the private escape.

The lower level can be reached via the heated one-car garage with plenty of storage for your outdoor gear or down a few steps from the front entry. Comfortable family bedroom with its own TV, a queen bed, and twin bunk beds has an ensuite full bath with shower/tub combo and a stand-alone shower stall. A full-sized washer and dryer and several closets are on this level, too.

Wi-FI is free throughout the townhome. Cable TV is included on all TVs.

The location is ideal, with a short 3 minutes to the Snowflake lift or the Breckenridge Freeride bus system. Main Street's many shops and restaurants are easy to reach by foot or bus.

An outdoor pool and hot tub use is included and nearby.

The top bunk bed is for a child only please.

The townhouse was lovely, looked just as pictured, was well equipped with great amenities. Host was easy to communicate with and very responsive. My friends and I enjoyed staying and would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed in dozens of Breck rental properties, none have exceeded our expectations as this property did.Very clean and well appointed, the property had everything we could have possibly needed.We were extremely happy and will look to book for our next trip to Breck for certain

We love this place, it’s our 2nd year in a row and already making plans for next year. It’s clean, homely, and has all the essentials. Easily fits our family of 5 and short walk to snowflake lift. Perfect place to stay!

Perfect for Skiing!

This was a perfect location and townhome for our ski trip. The house is directly next to the Snowflake lift and walkable to all restaurants and shops in town. Breckenridge is very strict about parking so being able to walk everywhere was a plus. The house was great for our needs - enough room for our party, enough storage for our ski equipment and enough room for our car. It was the perfect place to stay!

Great condo, great location!

Had a great visit to Breckenridge, and this condo was an excellent part of our experience. Our host Daniel was great very responsive and provided everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The condo is a gem, and had everything we needed. Very clean and organized and freed a cozy feeling. Location was excellent for lists, quick walk to snowflake or quick walk to bus stop for Beaver super connect. Would definitely recommend and we hope to come back and stay here again.

Very nice, well equipped condo. Plenty of room to spread out for our group of 5. Centrally located for all that Breckinridge has to offer. Check in and communication with owner was very easy.

Beautiful condo with fabulous amenities. Kitchen was one of the best stocked kitchens in a vrbo we’ve stayed in. Location was great. Would recommend to anyone and absolutely rent again. Wonderful experience!!!

Loved it!

House was not ski in ski out but still a great location. It was clean and well stocked with cooking utensils and necessities for an easy stay. The Boot restaurant was in walking distance so we didn’t have to go into town for dinner and drinks. Would definitely recommend and book again!

Perfect Place for 4 adult skiers

Great location. Easy access to ski lift. The heated bathroom floors were awesome. We had a little difficulty finding the correct trail down to the bottom that would be closest to the condo, but found it on the last day! Had a fabulous time. Thank you.

Family time

All was as described and great for our family’s needs. We were also pleasantly surprised at how well equipped the unit was. In addition, we hired the recommended private chef, Petra, to host another visiting family for dinner since our group was large. She did a great job and the evening worked out beautifully!

Fantastic property for a family visit

Our family of 4 with 2 teens stayed at this property for 4 days in April and it was perfect for us to all have our own space but also a great hanging out/gathering space in the kitchen and living room. Kitchen was very well equipped, we had all we needed for meal prep and cooking daily breakfast and a dinner while there. Hot tub was super clean and we used several times. Entire home was very clean, plenty of towels for bathrooms and hot tub, coffee bar area with supplies was appreciated. Also had something I don't always find to be the case in some rentals - 2 empty cabinets for groceries/pantry and a dresser in every bedroom for unpacking clothes. Location was great- grocery store 5 min away, very short drive to town or could walk if you wanted, a ski lift & bus stop literally across the street and the main lodge was on the same street about 2-3 minute drive to drop anyone off or pick up if needed. Owner was super responsive before & during our stay. Highly recommend this property.

Summer get away

This townhome was so spacious and welcoming. We have stayed in various rentals and the kitchen cookware is always something that is lacking but not here! This kitchen was very well stocked with all the things you need to cook up your favorite meal. The home was in a great location! Just a quick 8-10min walk down the road and you’re at Main Street and the river walk. It’s also very close to our favorite trailhead! The deck was very large and was nice to sit out on and enjoy the weather. The bedding was very soft. My kids loved this place! The owner was very easy to contact and reached out to me to make sure we had everything we needed.

Great Breck Condo!

Six friends stayed at the property. We have been coming to Breck for many years and this condo was by far the cleanest and best maintained we've rented. Great layout with two people per floor. It was full of nice amenities as well (lotions, shampoos & conditioners in all bathrooms, coffee/tea, sugar and creamers, in floor heating!). Great location, short walk to the Snowflake lift, and ski rentals if needed and a 10-minute walk to downtown restaurants. One thing that could be improved is mattresses, all were a bit soft. Overall great experience. Would definitely stay here again!

Family ski vacation

Super well located, 2mns walk from Snowflake, 1mn walk to the bus. The house is super clean, functional and spacious. Everything you might need is there, except, may be, a lemon/orange squeezer ;). Wifi works well in every room. Hot tub with nice thick towels, heated floors in the bathrooms and kitchen. Master bedroom is really nice with a large bathroom and huge walk in closet.. The bed could be better though. Owner responds very promptly and seems very nice. Would definitely rent again. One of the best rentals we have had in Breck.

Great House, Great Location, Epic vacation!

If I could give this property more than 5 stars I would! This was an amazing house and fit our needs perfectly from a fully stocked kitchen with awesome appliances (induction stovetop was awesome!) to ample space for the whole group to spread out. I cannot stress enough how awesome and convenient it was to be so close to bus stops and the Snowflake lift, both being within walking distance and less than 5 minutes from the front door. The hot tub was so nice to have with the house, especially after a long day of skiing. Check-in and check-out was super easy. I could tell a lot of care went into the design and decorations in the house because it really made you feel like you were in a little cabin in the woods. Couldn’t have asked for a better location or better home to spend a week in Breckenridge! Would definitely rent this house again and would highly recommend it to anyone!

Excellent Location - Super Comfortable Home

This townhouse was perfect for our stay. We are a family of 4 so both our boys (11 & 13) got their own rooms on different levels and we had a wonderful master on the top floor. The home was super clean and full of nice accommodations: heated floors, well appointed kitchen (Kuerig and drip coffee makers, pots and pans, tons of glassware, coffee mugs, spices, etc.), great WiFi, plenty of towels/blankets and a nice gas fireplace (on timer) for relaxing in the living room. The garage was super helpful for storing our ski gear at night and for packing up the last day when a lot of snow was coming down. There are three floors in the home and it feels like plenty of space. The hot tub was located off the main floor, very clean and a great thing to have at the end of a full day of skiing. The snowflake ski lift is literally 1 block away and we walked to it with our gear on, carrying skis, every day to travel to our destinations but the drive to the other peaks were each less than 3 minutes by car. The walk to main street would be less than 10 minutes but we chose to drive so we could explore longer. The owner Daniel was super professional, easy to communicate with and he made check-in/out seamless. We will definitely go back to Breck and will stay here again. The only recommendation we have is with the stove being induction that there be pans that clean easier than what's there. The brand provided is great but we spent a lot of time scrubbing after use.
