You're just 100 yards from the beach and the Gulf of Mexico! This beautiful, two-story beach house features soft neutral shiplap walls throughout, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, plenty of seating for dining, free WiFi, and a cable TV in each bedroom, so entertaining larger groups will be a breeze. When the sun starts to go down, take advantage of the spacious balcony and enjoy a favorite cocktail in the salty breeze.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by a beautiful house, which contained all the amenities we needed. The conditioned air was refreshing inside and the private pool was refreshing, outside! Located a short walk to the beach. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

Jubilee By The SeaTo the owners or whom this may concern. Trash was left in one the second floor bathrooms, the bunk bed bathroom shower is dirty, dirt under the bunk beds, the WiFi didn’t work at times, the first floor bedroom bathroom toilet is not working properly, the freezer handle slides off and doesn't stay on and the pool was the biggest disappointment. It was absolutely filthy, has algae along the sides, debris in the pool, etc.... and the pool area has left over food particles around the pool area. The kids were not able to swim once we arrived because we didn't go to the beach and weren’t able to swim until late in the day on Tuesday and each day after that couldn’t swim for a couple hours due to the pool being worked on by staff. It was cloudy most of the time as well. That’s unacceptable because the reason why we booked was primarily for the pool for the kids. The upstairs toilet started clogging up the day before leaving. There was also trash almost full in the outside bins that cause numerous flies. Not too pleased with what we've encountered. The experience was not too good. I’m not sure what happened. I would like to know what can be done about this, compensation wise? I was in charge of booking and planning for four families and I feel like I let them down. I’m not the type to post a bad review online and bash but I am reaching out to let you know and see what can be done. Green Pool

Pool was green upon checkin. Pool didn’t get cleaned until day 2. It was done in afternoon. So could not use pool until 3rd day. The pool man did an aweful job. The sides of pool was left green

Location was perfect

We arrived Monday March 31st and checked out April 5th . When we arrived the downstairs air was not working and we contacted them immediately and it came on for 20 minutes and then stopped working again . We contacted them again no response . Tuesday morning we contacted them and they told us they would reach out to the local team and someone would contact us . Wednesday the local team reached out and came to look at it and once again got it working for 20 minutes and shut off we immediately let them know again that we didn’t have air and we did everything we could flipped the breakers unhooked it and still no so luck we followed their instructions and we communicated with them from Monday to Thursday when we finally got the local team to send out the service repairman at 4pm and he got us up and going . The repairman let us know it was not our fault as the upstairs air was about to stop working because the drain valves or hoses were clogged and it was flipping the safety switch to shut off . With 7 teenagers and 3 adults it was very warm especially when we cooked in the house . They have yet to call and make it right as we were without air for 4 days downstairs . The pool heater was out which it was never stated with VRBO that it was not working or I would have found something else as it was a bit chilly in the evenings when they wanted to night swim. The location was perfect not far from the beach which was a plus with 7 teenagers and they had plenty of beds .

Beach House

The house was perfect for what we needed my only complaint was the pool heater was out and has been for over a month. The television in master bedroom was broken our first night but it was fixed the next day that wasnt a big deal. The owner came by to look at something outside while we were there which I thought was odd unsure if it was even the owner or a credpy man but the house itself was nice. And we had a great vacation as a family! We would definitely rent it again.

Great home... Pool not working entire trip

Beautifully decorated beach condo! Spacious and plenty of beds for everyone to sleep in! But what ruined the trip was that the pool was so DIRTY w/ mold and we never got to use it the entire time!!! I'm so disappointed!!! This was false advertising!! One of the main reasons I rented this location was for the pool that wasn't going to be readily available. Contacted host and they sent out a pool crew but was so DIRTY never could use the pool!!! I was lied to by the host about getting compensation. This made the trip horrible and probably won't recommend!!

The property needed some tender, loving care

We were very disappointed because the property was unclean and we had an infant with us. That was unable to get on the furniture or the floors. The pool area was unclean and we were unable to use it for the first two days of our stay furniture and items inside of the house And clean and very worn. It could be a nice place to stay, but it needs a lot of updates.

Good for a big group with kids

Plenty of sleeping arrangements, everyone said their beds were comfortable. Nice pool for all the kids with plenty of lounge chairs. Very short walk to the beach. Kitchen is stocked with lots of dishes, coffee makers (pods and traditional), toaster, etc. Spacious parking in driveway. Kids found loads of pool and beach stuff to play with in the carport closet. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because it could use some TLC but I know beach properties are tough in this area. Also because the price we paid was about the same for something we could have gotten right on the beach but there was a problem with the condo we originally booked. Vacasa was very quick with finding us another property large enough to accommodate our big group.

Nice place but has a few issues

The house is super cute and nice! For the house being able to sleeo so many, the kitchen is not! 8 forks for 20 people and no big big pota to cook for that many. One bathroom and shower did not get cleaned before we arrived. There was a broken chair and bar stool upon arrival. I would stay here again though. Large and spacious.

Relaxing getaway!

Great place to stay, very spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen! A short walk to the beach, and a great location to restaurants and shopping! Pool area is very nice with plenty of loungers. Balcony’s have great seating! Easy check in/out.

Great property

This house was the perfect combination of a relaxing yet fun vacation. Being 4 minutes away from the beach and having your own private pool was great. Kitchen was spacious and had every utensils you could need to make the perfect dinner. The washer and dryer made the experience even better, being able to wash your beach towels and swim wear was the best. Overall great property, would stay here again !

Rental House

We loved the pool and it was great for kids because it’s gated and has a great fence. Unfortunately none of the outlets in the bathrooms worked, the upstairs door into the house looked like someone had broken the frame and the stairs going into the house were very scuffed and dirty. Overall we had a great time and loved all the space.
