Private Vacation Home - Walk to the beach!

Located on a quiet street but prime location! Walk to the beach and restaurants. Perfect for a beach getaway with 3br/2ba - sleeps 8 guests. Affordable comfort and convenience. Public beach access is an easy walk - about 3 blocks away. Less than 1 mile away from the Hangout and Gulf Place public beach area. Close proximity to many restaurants, shops, entertainment. Approximate 5-10 min drive to Waterville, The Track, Gulf Shores Zoo, and mini golf. Only about 15-25 min to OWA amusement park, Tanger Outlet Mall, historic Ft. Morgan, The Wharf, and multiple sports complexes. This is the perfect spot for enjoyment of everything Gulf Shores has to offer!!!

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

* Free guest parking - space to park 3 vehicles on site.

* Amenities include free WiFi, 3 smart tv's, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor deck.

* Linens come furnished, but please bring your own beach towels.

* Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, one roll paper towels/toilet paper, and travel-sized soaps per bathroom.

* Must be at least 25 years old to book.
* Check-in is 4 p.m. or later. (no exceptions)
* Check-out by 10 a.m. (you will be charged if you stay in the property later than 10 a.m.)

The home had plenty of room for our group and location was great! We had a fantastic trip! There are a few things that need to be addressed. The mattress in al the beds were awful and hard!! We took turns sleeping on the sofa which wasmore comfortable.Also, some outside furniture that was showing in pictures is. o longer there and there is NO grill.

Nice property, close to the beach, but father walk than expected. House was clean, had plenty of room, and stayed cool. I would rent this place again.

the property was great for our family with two small children. had everything we needed. plenty of space inside and outside. the walk to the beach was very easy

The worst VRBO rental I have stayed in

We had booked this property for a week stay with my family.. we had 8 people and so there was just enough beds for everyone that would be there… beds were SO uncomfortable!!! ALL of them rock hard!! The bunk beds couldn’t even be slept in.. the ones who were supposed to sleep on the bunk beds slept on the couches instead… the place was dirty!! I always check cleanliness in the very beginning when I stay somewhere.. I ended up washing the bedding before anyone would sleep on it… dirty and hairs in all of the beds… Pringle’s under the couch… old juice pouches in the tv stand… stains on the curtains and what looked like black mold growing in the windows in one of the rooms… the drawer in the kitchen was broken when we got there… I have to say out of all of the VRBO rentals we have stayed in you could tell that they do not take care of this property and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!!! As far as the neighborhood it was nice and it was close to the beach about 2 blocks away, so within walking distance… our only complaint about our trip was the house… we will definitely not be back…

The stay was amazing. The property owner stayed in contact with me when I had a problem. The housekeeper also made sure we were comfortable. We was close to all the restaurants and beach. I would come back here

Amazing

The home was so nice and cozy. I loved the dinning area with the wall of windows. We had breakfast there each morning and it was so relaxing to look out. I really felt like i was at home. Thank you and I will be back

Great Property!

We loved our stay here! The description for the property was accurate, and it is in a perfect location! It is a short walk to the beach, and it is close to many other enjoyable activites. It is fairly priced, especially considering we stayed here for 9 days. Overall, we would definitely stay at this property again!

Short little get away

The house was clean and nice! Convenient to all stores and to the beach!!! We really enjoyed it! Only thing I wish was different was the beds. They really need a memory foam or some type of padding. The beds were really hard! But other than that we enjoyed being there!
