Perfect Location

Family acation

Plenty of room to spread out in this house. We had 5 adults snd 5 kids with plenty of space on 2 levels. Loved being right on the beach and easy walk to a lot of restaurants . Beautiful uncrowded beach.

This property was very nice and conveniently located to town. We were able to walk to many restaurants and shops and to the pier. Nice neighborhood. Very pet friendly and we appreciated that since we brought along our dog. The owner has thought of everything and there were many extras in the home. Would recommend and stay again.

November Trip

This was a wonderful property that had plenty of room for my family and any guests. it’s located in an area close to grocery, restaurants, and entertainment. Not too far from the Surf City Ocean Pier. The deck landing provides easy access to the beach where we spent most of our time.

Surf City Sensation

It was our first time to Surf City, and what a neat beach town it is! This house is in a prime location with private beach and very short walks to many restaurants, shops and other fun things. Highly recommend this house. We had 7 adults and two dogs, and we had plenty of room. Sitting on the covered deck watching the waves come in was so relaxing.

Terrific property for beach lovers

We loved this beautiful beach house. It was well stocked , has great views and access to the beach, it's extremely clean, walking distance to shops and restaurants, and the covered decks were perfect to just sit back, relax and absorb the ocean views and air. Beautiful Beach House

This house has everything needed for a relaxing beach vacation! Steps from the sand with the sound of the waves. The house is in walking distance to many restaurants and shops making for the ideal location. This house will not disappoint if you are a beach lover. Wonderful property, wonderful owner, close to everything

We traveled with six adults, 1 child age 1.5, and 3 dogs this place had enough room for us all. The dogs had a deck that locked so we didn't have to worry about them escaping down the steps also for the kid. We liked being close to downtown. The house was lovely had everything we needed and more. John is amazing to work with in regards to everything.

Great House!

Beautiful house. Beautiful area. I went with my family that ranges in age from 59 to 6. Everyone loved the house. Bonus for the boogie boards, toys and beach chairs in the storage room. Kitchen is well stocked. Bedrooms were roomy and comfy. The jacuzzi tub in the master was wonderful. Highly recommend this house.

Great beach house!

We had a lovely few days at this house! The location is perfect- you can walk to the pier! The house is really comfy and cute- we all took naps on the couch. It was great for my dog and my 1 year old son too. The deck has a gate, and there were baby/dog gates provided to keep everyone contained. The deck is wonderful, we loved the high chairs! Finally, the owner is super helpful and responsive. Great place for a family trip!

Happy 40th Bday

We stayed in this beautiful house for 3 nights for my husband's surprise 40th bday!! Had a great time getting to know some locals and shopping a bit, but mostly enjoying the breath taking views off the back decks of ocean, surfers and dolphins!! John was very accomodating and easily accessible when needed. Thanks!

Wonderful week!

What a wonderful week! The house was in the best location, we walked everywhere :) Spent every morning on the covered deck with my coffee- rain or shine. In April it tends to be cool in the morning and I would take a blanket out with me. Best part of the day. Lots of rest and relaxation. Our dog Millie loved our daily walks on the beach. So many wonderful little shops and places to eat made my kids very happy! Can’t wait to go back!!

Fabulous house, dog friendly, great beach access!

I highly recommend this fabulous beach house to anyone looking to vacation in the Surf City area. The home was clean, well maintained, and John (home owner) was great to work with and responded very quickly anytime we had a question. The view of the ocean can't be beat, and access to the beach is easy for anyone able to negotiate a couple flights of stairs. The icing on the cake was being able to have our 2 dogs with us! We had a great time, despite record heat and humidity throughout our stay. The a/c in the house worked great...for which we were very thankful! We hope to rent this house again next year!

We loved loved loved everything about this property! We go to the beach multiple times each year and this home is by far our very favorite!! It is the perfect location to walk to everything! It is well equipped! My family consisted of 4 senior citizens, one nine year old boy and two 40 something's a s we all equally loved it! Perfect sunsets/sunrises on the porch to drink coffee and enjoy! Ocean views from every room! Just outstanding already booked another week in 2016

We spent a lot of time, money and effort to assure the house has all the conveniences you'd expect and then some. My goal is to keep the place 100% serviceable and carefree so you may enjoy yourself in a trouble free environment.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We and all our guests love the convenience of being centrally located in Surf City. Once you get here, you can leave the car parked. 2 blocks from the pier, shopping, restaurants, attractions, entertainment, groceries, you name it. Yet the beach can almost seem like you are on an island to yourself at times with your private beach access away from the pier crowd.
