Bayfront, fully furnished, three story condo in an ideal location for you and your family. Located only two blocks from the beach and walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. It's on the water so get ready for fun!!! You can swim, crab, or fish from your very own dock! You can also enjoy the large deck overlooking the bay for relaxing, watching the sunset, barbequing or entertaining your friends. Two off street parking spots are available, and a boat slip available for extra fee(click on parking fee). This home could be available immediately for your South Jersey Beach family vacation! Many bars and famous local sea food restaurants are all within walking distance.

Another memorable stay in Sea Isle! Erin was a fantastic host and very helpful throughout the whole process. Check-in was easy, and the house received a lot of great updates since our last visit. The location is close (walking distance) to the beach and all the night life, but also far enough away for peaceful evenings overlooking the bay. Thanks!

What a great time!

This house is in a fantastic location and having the canal access was a huge hit, we were never without something to do. It was enough room for six people easily and the deck is a main attraction. The owners were helpful and very responsive, check in was a breeze. We loved it here and hope to be back again soon!

Nice townhome on bay - quiet street

Overall we had a nice stay. The house had some nice renovations inside, but unfortunately there was bulkhead construction each day 8a-4p, which was loud and meant no bay access - which is why we originally chose the house. I’m sure it will be nice next year when we stay here again WITH bay access.

Beach and bay - great combo!

We are part of a large family who comes to SIC annually. Our family of 4 loves to bring our 2 dogs, and this house allows that. The house was nice, rooms were as advertised ( except for the loft bed is a futon mattress and pillows and beach towels are not provided). Kitchen full of mismatched plastic ware. There were some items listed as available that weren’t in working condition - both bikes weren’t functional ( more than just needing air) deck chairs were threadbare, floats and beach chairs were beat up. HOWEVER- our family LOVED the bay access. We bought tubes, swam with the dogs after the beach and enjoyed the deck immensely. It’s a quiet street and neighbors were nice. Good access to town center too. We hope to return- I’d just bring a few more things with us next time. (Paper plates, solo cups, wraps and baggies, colinder, floats)

Very nice Sea Isle family rental on the canal

This is a great property to stay in Sea Isle on the canal side of town. This is good for families with two bedrooms downstairs and one "loft style" bedroom on a third floor (note that this is not a closed room so it's open to sound, etc. from the main living space below). Wonderful kitchen and common living space, and the outdoor deck space is magnificent. We spent a lot of time on the deck, which overlooks the canal, and has a large outdoor table, grill, etc. Property is just a couple of blocks from town and another couple of blocks to the beach. All walkable.

Perfect location

Our large family had a great vacation at this beach house. We loved that it was on the bay and we ate all of our meals on the big balcony overlooking the water. The kitchen was very well stocked and there was plenty of space for our party of 8 plus 2 med sized dogs. Thank you to our hosts for letting us stay in their lovely home.

Great location, spacious house - bay access, close to shops/restaurants, thanks!

We’ve been down to Sea Isle for many years, and this property did not disappoint. Had everything we needed. Bay access was great. We had a great time fishing, crabbing, and swimming. Walk to the beach was nice, and we always like being close to JFK to go to the parks, play basketball, walk the promenade, etc. Communication with the owner was great - no complaints. Thanks again!

Best spot

Our family had the best week during the Fourth of July. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot on the inlet to relax, swim and watch the boats and kayaks go by. Home was a perfect set up for my husband and I and our two teenage daughters who each brought a friend. Erin was a text away and answered any questions promptly. Can’t wait to go back next year.

Great house on the bay!

This property was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The view of the back deck was amazing and it was great having access to the bay. The host was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely go back!

Family vacation

House was overall very clean. We had a great experience. House is right on inlet, bring your inner tube! And is about 10 mins from the beach. Walk is pleasant, through nice neighborhoods. Only negative was that there were opened food items left behind as well as opened bars of soap in the showers and a shower loofah

location location location

wonderful vacation with access to bay! kayaks (we rented)/tubes and ability to stay cool in the water during a hot week. bikes for our use! everything we needed to be able to cook/clean...outdoor shower! Make sure to bring own sheets!! Would love to go back!
