Had a great stay! Walking distance to our daughter’s dorm at FIT. We were too busy to use the pool, but it looked so inviting. We can’t wait to stay again.

Rented the house for daughter, son in law, their newborn, and dog. It was a perfect location, plenty of room, and exactly what we wanted. There was only one issue and it was addressed immediately and fixed as soon as possible. Couldn’t ask for better attention or service!

Backyard Retreat - Close to everything

We enjoyed our stay. The house had all that we needed and the pool and screened in back porch were wonderful. The location was great - close to shopping, restaurants and a ton of things to do. The hosts are wonderful - kind, genuine and attentive. They made us feel more like friends than guests.

Staying in paradise

We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back Harry allowed us to visit with all of our family amd the pool is wonderful you will not find any better people to rent from Harry amd Brenda are the best! We appreciate everything amd they were always asking if we needed anything

Overall we had a great stay. Harry was very helpful, and if we needed anything he was on it. Our only concern was that the listing was not accurate and therefore not really what we needed. We needed twin beds, and it was a full bed instead. He offered us air mattresses, but we made it work. We didn’t need to use the kitchen for any major cooking, so I can’t speak to much of the efficiency of the kitchen. The fridge kept our drinks cold, and the washer and dryer were a life saver.

Comfortable weekend getaway

Harry was very accommodating in ensuring that we have a great stay. He was hospitable not only to us but our fur babies as well. The house would be considered Old Florida but not lacking in necessities. Thank you for an awesome weekend!

Lovely oasis in the middle of Melbourne, Florida

We loved staying in this house. So much better than a hotel! The backyard pool area is surrounded by beautiful flowering plants and solar tiki torches - just like an oasis in town! Felt safe and our dog was much more comfortable there than if she were in a hotel room. Plenty of kitchenware and pool towels for a great home away from home gathering. Harry is the perfect host!

Awesome hosts. Quaint and homey. We weren't on vacation. Needed place while water/mold mitigation done at our house. Harry and Brenda gracious and accommodating hosts and allowed us to bring our three dogs.

Getaway heaven in Melbourne Fl

Excellent communication with the owner on check-in, during stay and check out. The house was exactly as advertised with all essential available and if any problem had occurred, the owner was across the street and always available. The pool was a bonus as the grandkids really enjoyed it, more so than the beach. Harry, the owner was an excellent host even baking a banana bread cake and bringing to us. I would definitely recommend this rental to anyone that wanted a wonderful stay in a quiet golfing community.

If anything the space is even more spacious than the pictures show. All the amenities are in excellent condition and the pool is heated & well maintained. The neighborhood is quiet. Looking for a wonderful private spot near everything - than this is the spot for you. Most attentive host I have ever encountered. Offers just about anything you might require to make your stay an enjoyable one. I loved the gas grill too.

Peaceful location

The house is located in a very nice and quiet golf course neighborhood. And it is very close to the beach and the Indian River. Harry the host is very accommodating and checked to make sure we had everything we need. He welcomed us when we arrived and and explained everything we needed to know. There was also a welcome basket in the fridge with snacks and drinks. The house is furnished very comfy. We had a wonderful relaxing time. We will definitely go back.

Excellent Host - Quite neighborhood- Welcoming home

Excellent host (Harry) makes sure that you are ready to relax. The well-kept home is ready for your stay and then private and yours for the duration. Quiet neighborhood, quiet backyard with privacy fence, foliage, and pool. Very convenient screened-in room. My wife and I stayed for 10 weeks while renovating our home. We made this our home during our stay! Now we book this property for visiting family when they are in town. 1.5-mile walk to downtown Melbourne for restaurants and shopping and a 4.5-mile bike ride to the beach.

Cute Florida Home

Nice little get away, clean, simple and close to anything needed. Harry the manager/owner is very accommodating and lives close by. Not fancy but very homey and comfortable. A little cool during our stay but still got a couple of days in the pool between visiting relatives and activities. A great experience and feel we’ve made some new Florida friends. Hope to rent again our next time we get down to Melbourne from Michigan . Thanks Harry and hope you can get down the isle and put that ring on her finger soon!

Perfect sunny escape in crazy times. House was just as pictured. It was clean, private, and we felt distanced and safe. Harry checked in often by text to make sure we were ok and had everything we needed. We found some great, dog friendly, places to eat. House had just enough yard for our big baby to roam and the neighborhood was safe for taking him on walks. Returned home to rain and very cold. Ready to turn around and go back!

Harry contacted us the day of the booking, was very nice and willing to answer any questions we had. In the days leading up to the visit, he was in close communication with us to make sure we had everything we needed, and was always very prompt in answering- even when he was on vacation himself! The house was beautiful, the pool well maintained, and the kitchen fully equipped to provide us with a great in home dining experience every day we needed it. The location is perfect, minutes away from anything you could possibly want, and a quiet neighborhood. We visited the dog park where everyone was friendly! Over all, we could not have asked for a better vacation thanks to Harry and his beautiful rental. -Ryanna, Corey, Calli and Jakob June 17-21, 2021 😊
